I was assigned a room on the first floor, but the water was dirty and white all day long, even after letting it run for a while. If you don't want your trip to be ruined, you should skip this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and provide outstanding service. The room is a bit small but perfect for transit travelers. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice for a short, comfortable stopover

I've just got back after a 7 day stay. I have no complaints, the room we had was a decent size, the hotel and rooms are dated, but as a location to get around Its ideal. They have Turkish bath and sauna and steam room you can use which is a good way to start the day.
The staff were helpful whenever I asked for anything. It is noisy on a night but you expect that with it being in the heart of the square.
Rooms were cleaned regularly, all in all I enjoyed my stay, it's not a top end hotel but for the money you pay we had no complaints.

Incredible Gym. Best of any hotel I’ve ever been to. But the breakfast was lacking, wifi was useless, and nearby club was loud at night

The service was very poor. Room cleaning was bad and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom. When I asked for an iron, they told me to return it in 10 minutes, even though my room was on the 5th floor. At night, it was impossible to sleep because of the loud music from the disco — I could only sleep after 1 a.m.
Also, when I wanted to store my luggage for three days during my short trip, the receptionist asked me to pay 2,500 TL even though she didn’t mention this before. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in, I’ve never been charged for leaving my luggage.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, especially for those who enjoy high-end shopping. We booked a room for four nights, but since we were travelling to other cities in between, we left our luggage at the hotel. When we returned, we encountered a middle-aged man with long hair tied at the back who behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner — to the point that my friend even wondered if he might have been under the influence of drugs. I travel frequently, and I have never come across such unprofessional behaviour before.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
