However, the rooms lacked the amenities ordinarily found in a 4* hotel (and this hotel labels itself as 5*.) Hotel was perfect and exactly what we needed! Very central to trams and food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms were spacious and fit our 2.5 large luggage's. The gorgeous view from the rooftop restaurant was definitely a bonus!

Very polite and helpful staff. What I liked most was that I arrived at the hotel at 12:00pm, and check-in is usually at 2:00pm. But they immediately gave me a room, which was very nice, since I arrived very tired from the airport. For which I want to say a huge thank you! The view was not bad, everything was clean and tidy.
