The distance to the Metro bus stop is 10 mins. Mosque nearby. I sent an email and WhatsApp message to the hotel, but they do not reply promptly.

The breakfast is the same every day. Starts at 7. If you get there for 9, then most things are cold, which is not nice.
The hotel is pricy for what it provides.
There was some confusion with my booking but the hotel did not handle it well. They made out I was confused. I showed them emails and booking confirmation but they ignored it. It wasn't a good experience.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I came during Covid time, because I didn't want a smoking room, they gave my room to the Covid floor, I found out later. I heard the sounds of people coughing until the morning, breakfast plates were standing in front of the rooms, I got suspicious. I asked if there was a Covid patient floor, they said no. However, when I finished my work and returned to Istanbul, I realized that I had caught Covid. I received very severe Covid treatment and almost died. You should not stay in a hotel that has such immoral and characterless people, is so poorly managed, and does not care about human health. Everything sucks, stay away.

Nice hotel. Has a very good restaurant with delicious food. They play important European football games at night, i got to watch el classico during my stay there.

Internet wery watt bad, the room in the night flow is new and nice, at the moment the restaurant is so bad, half menu is not available :-( in the area of bozuyuk is the only hotel , For this all is good :-)

They did not wanted to accommodate us even if we reserved 12 rooms in January and already paid through agoda because they wanted the proce different. After i cannot solve the problem with general manager I talked with the director that solved the issue with the money but gave 7 rooms out of 12 to Cali hotel (3*) which was horrible (smell of smoke and dirty).
Also, after the breakfast of our friends at Grand Cali they againd asked for price difference.
I do not recommend this hotel anymore even if we were here 5 times before!!!

Online shows available but the guy at front desk lied to me and said nothing available and sent me to his other hotel branch which is a third class poor quality hotel. I think he only like Turkish people in his hotel. Also he’s making a cut from sending me here as he told me room is 550 when the room rate at the front desk was clearly written 500 for the room I selected.

The staff here makes you feel at home, outstanding food, service and spotless. Everything is very well maintained and organized. Also the location is very good, you can easily get into the center of Bozüyük.

It is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and there is something that has not improved in the last 6 years. It is that even if you choose a NON-smoking room, and you are staying in a NON-smoking floor around you in the rooms there will be people smoking and this is unfortunate and disgusting. An intolerable lack of respect for the customer. They should also improve the internet connection because it is very important for those of us who are staying for spaces of up to a month.
Good restaurant, good room and good staff. But what I expose first is for me unacceptable and disrespectful and teasing.

Clean rooms, restaurant and staff was ok. Unfortunately i hear my neighbours voice when he is calling and smells cigarettes in my room because its allowed to smoke. In my opinion not a good hotel if you need some rest after a hard work day.
