The location is quite good: it's close to one of the main pedestrian streets, and there are several shops, bars, and restaurants that stay open late. The receptionist was very kind. The first room we were assigned had a problem with the bed, but they promptly changed our room.
However, the main issue is the cleanliness of the place. The room was dirty-everything from the towels and bed sheets to the toilet was unclean. Additionally, the furniture seemed old and unstable, as if it could break at any moment. You can also hear everything from the other rooms, which makes it quite noisy.

I had a very nice experience. The hotel rooms were very clean; we stayed with two friends. We cooked our own meals. The hotel is very close to Taksim Square. You can do many activities there. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Redtensuite 88

The manager Khalid was friendly and helpful. He did what he could to welcome me into the property. Unfortunately the spot AC was not working and the stairs were very narrow. Which makes it hard to claim it with any suitcase. However; Khalid helped me with my luggage and offer some breakfast for free.

Place filled with lice, ants and bugs. I was bitten by them during first night. Have dozens of bites all around my body. They canned my room, promised to make a refund ( of course they never did ) and been avoiding me and other guests. Same happened at their other location 23.
