Location is perfect, it's close to Taksim and very close to Istiklyal. Reception's guys are very nice.
Almost everything in room is clean. Bed and towels are clean. Just couple of hair was on the floor in bathroom, so not perfect, but ok.

The hotel is affordable, and the front desk staff was very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another layover.

The location is fantastic, right near Taksim Square, and Istiklal Avenue is just a short walk away. They even upgraded my room! I also left my phone and charger behind when I checked out and didn't realize it until the next day, but the hotel kept everything for me, including a tripod I'd completely forgotten about.

The hotel is not bad. Check-in at reception was quick, and they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was small but cozy, with very comfortable mattresses, clean linens, and towels. There was also a heater in the room, which is crucial during colder seasons. We were able to get a good night's sleep; there was almost no external noise, except for something humming outside the window that eventually turned off.
They provided small cups of water, which wasn't enough for us, so we bought more water from a nearby store.
The key card for the electricity wasn't working, but the issue was quickly resolved.
Upon check-out, they allowed us to extend our stay for an extra hour.
Coffee and tea are available at the reception.
During our trip, we stayed at three hotels in this area, and Trust Hotel was our favorite in terms of comfort, location, and value for money. I recommend it!

This hotel is nice to stay for a nights or 2 before leaving Istanbul. The staff is nice. Best location,the hotel located in Taksim (istikalst.), can walk to Metro M2 and can walk to Havabus station (airport bus to the airport)

The elevator and stairs are very tight and small and risky for children and elders. The staff are great and supportive, the location is good and near to Istiklal street, for shopping and access to restaurants etc within 10 mins walk.

It's okay for 1-2 days, but nothing more, it's very old. It also doesn't match the photos. The bathroom was rundown; we had to tape the ceiling to keep it from falling. A huge downside was that we couldn't charge our phones or use the toilet without having the light on. Everything had to be switched on just to charge our phones. This was annoying because we only got home in the evenings, so we could only charge our phones with the lights on.
The elevator only starts from the first floor, so there's no help with carrying luggage, even if you're a woman.
The location was good, but you could hear EVERYTHING from outside, so you definitely need to bring headphones.
I wouldn't go there again; the lighting issue bothered me the most. The staff, however, was nice.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
