The service from The owner himself was Great. Hé did a lot for us even The transfer.

Mehmet the owner of the hotel helped us with the bosphorus cruise and the taxi hotel to avoid to be fooled
The hotel is clean, the cleaning is regular, the location is in the heart of the European side (although I prefer the Asian side). Very nice staff, friendly and always helpful.
Everything in the room looked new.
The hotel is near the Hagia Sophia Mosque on a very colorful and animated street.
I totally recommend this place ^_^
