It was a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless, the staff was highly trained, and the location was ideal. The breathtaking view of the Bosphorus from the rooftop bar, both during the day and at night, made the experience truly unforgettable.

I stayed for two nights, and the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right by the light rail station, very close to the strait and all the attractions. I saw the sunrise while adjusting to the time difference, and my friend and I just walked a few steps from the hotel to the beach to watch it – it was an unforgettable experience.
Be prepared that the room size is a bit small. Also, the bathroom on the first floor had a strong sewage smell, which I hope they can improve.

I stayed here for about 5 days last week. After having a wonderful experience during the summer, I decided to return, and the main reasons were the incredibly friendly staff, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of safety I felt here. All the employees greet you with a big smile at any time of the day; they are extremely kind and polite. This really makes me feel welcomed and comfortable.
The location of the hotel is excellent. You can walk to many places such as Galataport and Taksim, and there are tram and bus stops right across the street, making it easy to reach different parts of the city. The port is also very close if you’d like to take a ferry.
We stayed in a superior room this time, and during my previous visit I stayed in a deluxe room. Both were great — spacious, clean, and comfortable. We could call the reception at any time if we needed something, and they responded immediately.
I would also like to thank Mr. Fatih from the reception for his outstanding attention and helpfulness. He is a very friendly and professional staff member who takes his job very seriously.

- I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to Gulf tourists.
- The views from the hotel rooms are different from the photos; some rooms overlook a garbage dump! (Photos attached).
- The hotel furniture is old; the photos are outdated and do not reflect reality!

You must keep this in mind: the hotel gives rooms on the second and third floors to Arab guests, while non-Arab guests are placed on the seventh and eighth floors, which, of course, have the magnificent views. I politely asked them for a room with a good view, but unfortunately, they didn’t care about us at all. So, my advice to anyone planning to book this hotel is to make sure they don’t do the same with you. In the end, guests should be treated fairly and equally — there’s no need to differentiate between customers. Also, be cautious with the reception when they assign your room.

The hotel has a very good location, just 15 mins with the tram to the grand bazar. If you get the deluxe room with front or sea view, it will meet your expectations. Reception staff is very polite and friendly.
The 7th floor restaurant has a lovely view of the sea and the surroundings.
Only issue is the valet parking, they have a small parking space outside on the street and the valet will move your car even 2-3 time a day, like it's a toy car, sometimes taking it 50m distance away from the hotel, basically on the street. Unacceptable guys, you need to stop doings this. If my car is parked in a spot where it's not blocking anyone or any entrance, just leave it there, it's not a toy to play with.

Very greedy management. It was truly a mistake to book with this hotel. I tried to change the dates of a non refundable booking but they first said we dont have rooms available for that date. Then we asked for a refund since its not our fault that they didnt have any rooms,they refused and told us its non refundable. Then i tried to change the dates to 6 months later then they told me from the 4 nights i booked im allowed to only rebook 2 nights because of no show booking. How can this be fair since i called and messaged they several times 4 days before and the day of the booking. If you want to have repeat customers, this not the way to go. Cheaping out of 300-400 euros will cost your reputation at the end.
