Reviews
The suite was spacious with a great view, and it was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Fatima and her colleagues Ismail, Kadir, and Sinan. I highly recommend staying here; it offers great value for money! 👍
However, the prices are quite high, and I think it’s mainly because of the location rather than the food quality. The dishes are okay but not special enough to match the price. It feels like you pay more for the view than for the meal itself.
The staff are well trained and professional, but they talk and behave in a very business-like way. They know how to approach customers, explain the menu, and suggest dishes, but you can feel that everything is focused on selling and promoting more items. It’s polite but not very warm or natural.
Overall, I would say it’s an average experience good for one-time visit if you want to enjoy the view and take photos with the seagulls, but not really worth it for regular dining because of the high prices.
If you are a new or experienced traveler to Istanbul, Seven Hills' concierge will connect you to the Old and New City better than any other hotel concierge -- they know Istanbul, every nook and cranny, and they know it intimately. So, they will take good care of you.
Also, the rooftop restaurant service (including breakfast) with views (of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia) are spectacular. This place feels like home to me, and that is best compliment I can give to a hotel. [Minor criticism (which ownership is working on): some rooms are being updated and refurbished, including new in-room bathrooms. You may wish to see your room before committing to it -- the hotel staff will move you and accommodate you when and as necessary.]
I will be back, many times in the future!

The suitcase was then delivered to the hotel the next day as he confirmed for me. Thanks to his kind hospitality, my entire stay at the hotel became a very pleasant one.
