An excellent hotel. My husband and I stayed there in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive and unobtrusive service of the staff. It truly felt like home. I'd also like to point out that all safety measures are observed. The room has everything you need and more, including shower amenities, as well as safety kits with masks and sanitizer. In the evening, the hotel staff created a romantic atmosphere by delivering strawberries and sweets to our room. And I'd also like to highlight the hotel's romantic atmosphere; it's perfect for couples and newlyweds. The fireplace and candles create just the right atmosphere. All attractions are within walking distance, 5-10 minutes without public transportation.

Excellent hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the main attractions. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a better room than we booked.

A wonderful vacation in a wonderful city!!! My family and I loved everything. We chose the hotel based on Booking reviews. We chose this hotel and have never regretted our choice. The hotel has a great location, a three- to five-minute walk from Sultanahmet Square, home to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the German Fountain, and the Egyptian Obelisk. Topkapi Palace is a seven-minute walk away, and the Basilica Cistern is a three-minute walk away. The Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar are a 10-minute walk away. Incidentally, the best exchange rate is at the Çavuş exchange office in the Grand Bazaar. We monitored the rates at all the exchange offices in our area for a week and found that this exchange office has the best rate (about 10% higher). Exchange offices in the Lalelı area (2 or 3 stops from Sultanahmet) also offer slightly better rates than those in the Sultanahmet area. The BigBus sightseeing bus route starts at Sultanahmet Square. A family ticket costs €100 per family for two days, including a Bosphorus boat tour. There's a tram stop near the square, and a Starbucks is nearby. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was excellent. Upon arrival at 7:00 AM, we were treated to orange juice, Turkish delight, and Turkish coffee, followed by a complimentary breakfast on the terrace, even though breakfast wasn't included that day, as check-in was at 2:00 PM. Incidentally, the terrace offers a beautiful view of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. The bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, and elevator were all in good working order. The bathroom includes toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap) with the exception of toothpaste, a toothbrush, and swabs. While praising the excellent service of the hotel staff, I'd especially like to thank Yakub Bey (Russian-speaking) and Kemal Bey. They quickly and efficiently resolved any issues that arose and provided excellent advice on any questions we had. And for those who love buns, near Dolmabahçe Palace, they sell fresh, tender, and delicious Açma buns for 1.50 lira.

I arrived at this hotel on May 30, 2021, with my family. This hotel is simply amazing! The staff is top-notch. A hearty, delicious breakfast is included with your stay. The veranda offers magnificent views of Istanbul's old streets and the Basfor River. The hotel is located in the historic city center and is surrounded by tons of cafes and shops. Any attraction is a 2-5-minute walk away. I highly recommend it!!!

The hotel staff from the top management down were doing above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. We were greeted by their sincere hospitality offering the delights and red tea when we checked in. Furthermore, we were offered upgrade of the family room at no extra cost later.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel in August and couldn’t be happier. From the moment we stepped in to the day we left, it felt like home. The owner Mr Harun gave us such a warm welcome with drinks and evil eye gifts and made us so comfortable. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. They even gave us an extra bed with no additional cost. The breakfast at the rooftop was great too with some amazing views. They even had a 24 hour coffee machine available at their rooftop. All of the staff was extremely courteous and friendly and made sure all our needs were met. I would specifically mention Mr Birat who went out of his way to guide us and even walked us a couple of times to our destinations. He even brought chocolates for my kids. The location of this property is amazing where you can walk to all the major attractions in the old city as well as restaurants and train station.
Would definitely recommend this to anybody visiting Istanbul.

The hotel is very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Dome Cathedral, and not far from the Royal Palace. The rooftop restaurant offers a view of the Blue Dome Cathedral. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and Istanbul itself is incredibly friendly. It truly is one of the most captivating cities in Eurasia. A must-visit for a lifetime.

I came in December so it was fairly quiet, but if you come in the warm months there will surely be a large crowd. The terrace upstairs offers good views around and a good place to meet people. Located very well right off the Sultanhamet Tram stop, and very convenient to get to almost anywhere in Istanbul. Offers cheap breakfast, cheap ride to airport, and nice rooms with heat/ac and warm water for shower. Wifi is average. Hosts are very helpful, and informative. Great place to stay, especially for backpackers.
