An excellent hotel in a historic building, not far from Hagia Sophia, a 5-minute walk.
There's an elevator, and the room has everything you need except toothpaste and a toothbrush. The rooms are small, but there's a furnished balcony. There are plenty of inexpensive cafes nearby.
Good breakfast, delicious coffee, and excellent staff—always helpful and helpful!

The room was cozy and clean. Lots of stairs but also an elevetor. The staff was helpful and friendly and they had a great sense of humour. The breakfast was good - lots of local, interesting, tasty things and also "universal" food. You can choose an omelet of different options.

Small 14 rooms boutique hotel a block and a half to the hippodrome, blue mosque, aya-sofia.
Rooms are cleaned daily, solid oak doors and furniture, beautiful courtyard to enjoy breakfast

Great location, and very kind and knowledgeable staff.
Breakfast included many simple Turkish fare, and one of the best Turkish Coffees I had all trip.
The building shows its age as a fine wine does; with depth and a rough finish that one only enjoys more as one sits with it.
I would stay here again, for certain!

This boutique hotel is very centrally located in the old town. It is within walking distance to most of the iconic attractions such as Blue Mosque, Haiga Sophia. Etc. Certain rooms have distance water views. There are many restaurants in the near vicinity. The hotel managers were extremely helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good & adequate. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was well-cleaned, and the shower had good hot water and good pressure.
The room was a comfortable size and was a great place to stay.
The hotel's location is excellent.
The Blue Mosque is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Grand Bazaar is also within walking distance.
The ferry terminal and the T1 tram station to the new town are also nearby.

Excellent hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Location 10 out of 10. Within walking distance of historical sights and the T1 tram stop, which is convenient to get to other areas and ferries. It was nice to return to the hotel every evening after walking around the magnificent Istanbul. The hotel is very cozy, everything in it is done with love. The staff is attentive, polite and tactful. Breakfasts are delicious, buffet plus omelets and scrambled eggs with different fillings to choose from. We ordered a transfer from and to the airport. Everything was organized clearly and on time. We would come back again)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.

Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL

Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.

I came in December so it was fairly quiet, but if you come in the warm months there will surely be a large crowd. The terrace upstairs offers good views around and a good place to meet people. Located very well right off the Sultanhamet Tram stop, and very convenient to get to almost anywhere in Istanbul. Offers cheap breakfast, cheap ride to airport, and nice rooms with heat/ac and warm water for shower. Wifi is average. Hosts are very helpful, and informative. Great place to stay, especially for backpackers.
