The hotel was rated 8.1/10 overall, with consistent 8/10 scores in cleanliness, amenities, location, and service. Service and location are good, but regarding rooms here is what we encountered with: rooms are relatively clean, we got some sheets on the 2nd night.
Hair dryer makes weird sounds like it is going to explode or something and on top of that, if your hair takes a bit longer to dry I recommend doing it from one take, as when I was doing a blowout it didn't want to restart for a while.. maybe it overheated..?
Water in the sink takes eternity to leave, so keep that in mind as well.
Water takes long to heat, and the boiler as well seems to be smaller then usual ones in hotels. So forget showering after hanging out in the city.
All of the things above are okay, but the reason for the bad review from my side is this: our room had no window. To be exact - there is a brick wall ~half a meter away from the window. Natural light doesn't exist so prepare for feeling tired even after 10h of sleeping. We did see some other rooms on 4th floor and they do have windows but if you get a room 502 good luck. If the staff told us about it, we would pick other place for sure.
Additional info: there is no elevator and stairs are tight and high so be careful carrying your luggage to some of the 4 floors.
Good thing: low price for sleepover with parking for Istanbul.

I had a very bad experience after driving about 2800 km from Germany to Turkey.. When I booked the rooms , I mentioned that I have 4 kids (4-5-7-14) years old .. I booked 1 month before the check in date, I asked for 2 rooms near each other, what I got is a room on the 2nd floor and a room on the 4th floor , with no elevator it was risky to go upstairs with the smallest kids , the stairs are very small ..
The second problem, when I booked I searched for hotels with PARKING , the surprise there were no parkings available there , I tried and tried to find a parking , but I failed , even though if I found a parking, it was impossible to leave it or to go park there again or enter the place , the next day as the employer told me there is a carnival next day and will last for few days .
So I asked for cancelling the booking , they refused , but it was not my problem.. i made a deal with them and I lost over 400 euros.. the first and the last time .. thanks for nothing ..

I had a very pleasant stay at Avrasya Queen Hotel. The reception staff were especially friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

Superb

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and wanted to share my positive experience.

First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. Both Sadik and his colleague were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made a great difference.

The room was consistently well-maintained, cleaned daily, and stocked with fresh towels and paper slippers, which added a nice touch.

Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the surrounding area.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable stay!

However, I did want to mention a couple of areas for improvement. The room we stayed in felt a bit small, which made it a challenge to maneuver our luggage comfortably. Additionally, the size of the sink was somewhat too small to wash just the hands.

Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you for the great service, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Very good hotel. Towels were changed daily, but there were stains on them.
Service very nice, great location: close to the tram, ferry and the entire center

The room was spacious with comfortable beds and working AC. That's fact that some towels had a stain, but all of them smelled really well. Everyday towels were changed. Breakfast was okay but everyday the same. The service was excellent really nice. I recommend you if you travel on budget because better place you won't find. The internet could be a bit better

Would I recommend this place for a family stay? NO

We stayed here for 6 nights with three adults and three kids, although the location is good but for the price we paid, I would prefer to pay little more and stay at a better place.

Breakfast area is small and full if you don’t get on time.

Fix plate or breakfast (not great)

Bathrooms smell

Air conditioner don’t work great

Old and not great beddings and sheets

Dirty floor etc…
