Guest services were asked several times for a clean towel it finally arrived 7 hours later. Hair dryer cut out after 30 seconds again was told just tell reception in the morning.
Breakfast resembles nothing anyone from the UK would eat. No toaster (not a pastry or butter in sight).
The lift was vibrating. Doesn’t go up to the 7th floor where breakfast is.
Hollow walls with noisy late night neighbours. Could hear the busy traffic and the mosque.
Overall DISASTER!! Would not recommend!
Breakfast starts at 8, by 9 most of the items are finished. On demand they say supply didn’t come and sorry.
The front office person have no knowledge of surroundings. Even shuttle going to airport, be have no clue.
Shower was tiny, not suitable for a big person.
It gets noisy due to traffic on the road, but it is close to Taksim and Istiklal st, so u cant ask for much for the price.
Entrance lobby is very small. Elevator is also only for 1 or 2 person max.
