Hotel dirty, the stairs are narrow and very dangerous, The room was full of bugs and cockroaches, the refrigerator didn't work because it had burned down. There is a door in the wall that leads to the street, the lock is broken and it doesn't close on this 3rd floor, the terrace is just ridiculous

Very disappointing experience.. Not even close to what was shown in the picture.. beds were broken, dirty bedsheets, no washroom slippers, damaged fridge, broken balcony door unlocked. A complete scam.. Pictures shown in add are not real

The apartments themselves are conveniently located in the old town, within walking distance of many attractions, the owners are hospitable, the renovation is old, but clean.
There is a toilet, a shower right in the toilet without a curtain, good audibility, but I think it's like that everywhere.
The beds are normal, the linen is clean.
You will live in the local flavor.
If you are staying for a night or two, you can safely take it and if you are not picky.
This is not a hotel, but a hostel. But, we stayed overnight and did not regret it.
Of course, we will not go a second time.

I stayed in this hotel in January with my family. The hotel is dirty and the staff are rude and thieves. The hotel staff stole a smartphone, gold jewelry, and money from my mother's hand bag. I lodged a police complaint against the hotel and the investigation is still going on. The hotel staff includes the manager who sleeps in hotel lobby couch, an african women who is the receptionist and a helper boy. We payed to stay 2 days but left the day we checked in because the room was full of cockroaches. The water heater wasn't working and everything in the room including the sheets, wall and appliances were dirty. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures they have online. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Be careful because these type of hotels in the Fatih area are there just to steal and scam you.

It is a good hotel, I have been in 2 rooms, they are big and cozy. The price is really good and the receptionist is so kind.

Very good location, and price to value is really good. Staff is also friendly. Four stars instead of five because of maintenance, basic things like shover heads are missing and could be fixed in no time with little effort and resources. You get what you pay for I suppose.
