I don't know who decided that it's a 4 star hotel. It's not true at all. We booked room through booking. When we arrived room was dirty, shower had black yellow stains, I don't even want to know what is it, super disgusting. The bed has a wooden panel on that is on the top of the bed, which is also dirty with handprints of everyone having fun on this bed. I wonder how the hell can room be so dirty. Really disgusting feeling touching things around. This bed has stains and burned holes from the cigarettes.

Wonderful Stay at( Walton Residence Şişli )

My recent week-long stay at Walton Residence Şişli in Istanbul was a truly enjoyable experience.
The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to many of Istanbul's attractions and transportation links.
The residence itself is lovely – a nice and comfortable place to come back to after a day of exploring the vibrant city.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service we received.
In particular, (Abdulrahman) was incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay.
His helpfulness and friendly demeanor made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
I highly recommend Walton Residence Şişli to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base in Istanbul, and a special thank you to (Abdulrahman and the rest of the team) for making our experience so positive.

The hotel is very luxurious and comfortable, service is excellent and house keeping is more than neat in cleanliness level, I really loved my stay over 7 nights when I booked the room with hot tub (jacuzzi) the room is very spacious and excellent for couples

🤔It was hard to rate this one properly.

If it’s a 4 ⭐️ hotel, then -1 it’s, gets a 3 from me.

It has potential and nice idea, but some things just need a refreshment. 😅

We had the 50 m2 Queen room with jacuzzi for the weekend with my husband.

The facilities were nice but really worn out.
The bed and sofa had cigarette burns, the corridor had cigarette smell.

It was said that the rooms are soundproof, but it’s far from that. You can hear the neighbors walking in the corridor or the construction 🚧 behind the window.
The “blackout” curtains were not blackout at all 😅
And the wallpaper was coming off the wall, the edges of the room or spaces under sofa, window etc were dirty and the bidet didn’t work.

But the room was pretty, if not for those details , and the main cleaning was done well. Shower, sink and all was clean.

Thankfully the jacuzzi worked and the Turkish breakfast was really nice too, I asked if they could give more butter and some ketchup through WhatsApp and they delivered right away 👍

The staff is amazing too, very helpful and kind.

The area is not fancy, it’s more local and we actually liked it.

So, in general this could be a very good place, but it needs better maintenance and attention to detail.

We still enjoyed our little getaway 🥰

We stayed at the Walton Residence Inn when we had a wedding to go to in Istanbul. Definitely recommend this place for 5 star customer service. The staff was absolutely amazing and so so hospitable. I had an emergency where I got a stain on the dress I was wearing. The receptionist downstairs was so helpful and caring and other staff as well helped me get the right cleaning products and saved my day. Anything we asked for they were right on it whether it’s for directions or something that we needed in our room. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone to book here! Thank you Walton residence sisli staff for an amazing experience in Istanbul!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional, the staff and the managers. You’ll wait more than 1 hour for your breakfast, they’ll forget you even asked them for breakfast. Says that there’s a lift, which there is, but they fail to mention it only goes to the odd floors. Was told someone would help bring our bags down when leaving…no one did because apparently they were busy. Broken furniture and broken shower. The rooms are not sound proof in the slightest and I could hear people loud and clear in the corridor from 7am on wards. The staff like to waffle and beat around the bush, not straight forward in the slightest. Left 3 days early because the place and service was awful. Lack of communication between all the staff members. Don’t be deceived by the fancy looking rooms on the website…avoid at ALL COSTS.

Residence is at very good location. You have lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Metro is also a few minutes away. Rooms are smart designed, but noise insulation is none. I got problems sleeping in such a noisy (noise produced by the guests and not by the passing cars) environment. Shared this in the morning with recepcionist and was offered another room that was actually in a quiet location within same hotel and was able to get sleep. Big Thanks !
Staff is extremely careful and friendly. Hotel is new, and most important - it is very clean. You can get daily cleanup - best is to arrange with reception.
Parking for the car is within the building. Something you probably need to arrange while doing reservation. No way to park outside of the residence. In Istanbul this is a tolic you should clarify always while picking up a place where tonstay if using a car.
Will come back.
