I and my family had a really good stay here over the past 4 days. The hotel is very clean & the rooms are very spacious and we were able to request some changes which were attended to immediately.
I cannot fault the service particularly from Mehmet who guided us on the places to go to & avoid and the boys at the front of desk who are all kind, attentive & respectful.
Breakfast food is good, there are a variety of pastries, dried fruits, cereal and jams which tasted really good and this is served on the terrace which has a lovely view overlooking the city.
The location is good however there are a lot of up-hills and steep walking to get to the main square. I found a more direct route which was easier to get to Sultanahmet but at first it wasn’t easy to find.
Overall, I loved my stay here, I would definitely come again & I thank all of the staff for looking after myself and my family

We loved this hotel The maneger and all staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful with everything. They gave us the best recomedation where to go to visit the most intresting places in Istanbul, and were always there if we had any questions. Our room was always clean and calm. The breakfast was excellent and so delicious with large variety . Everything was perfect!!

Second visit, as wonderful as the first! I have stayed for a few days for hollydays with my family at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were at terrace wıth a beautıful sea vıew and so amazing. The location of the hotel is great. Our room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic sea view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want vısıt Istanbul. Thank you guys for made our hollydays so excellent !!! Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Good value hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (Mr. Mehmed fatih and tuncay). The room was large and although not too fancy it was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for us - we were in Sultanahmed area, nearby Grand Bazaar and main historical places. . See u guys next year

The personel is very pleasent, chearful and friendly. I have to mention the names specially Aykut, Mehmet, Sevgi and others that they were very helpfull with their recommendations. Location is very good ( near to the Sultanahmet m.). Thanks!

The most terrible hotel I have ever stayed in.
From the first day of arrival ,the room wasn't clean, all furniture is old and looks dirty. We asked for another room, but different room was looking totally the same + ventilation in the bathroom wasn't switching off and making loud noise,so we went back to the first room... the duvet is short and not long enough for 2 people. The breakfast menu is limited and was hard to find something we liked.
The view on terrace is nice and location of the hotel is good ,but that's probably only 2 good points.
On the last night of our stay with my husband at 1.30 in the night , a man entered in our room and he looked shocked as well.. the reception pointed to him to go to our room and gave him same card we had to enter to the room. All of us was totally shocked. So I suggest that's not secure to leave the belonging in the hotel while you are away. The rating is a 4 stars ,but I wouldn't give even 3 with all my heart, I have been in much better hotels 4 starts, and outside of their hotel they have a sign of 5 stars...
We were spoken with a family arrived on the same night with us ,and they wanted to leave the hotel and even didn't care they need to pay for another one,they said its disgusting.
Please avoid this hotel , you will be very dissapointed if you choose it!

We had a very delightful stay at ottoman park hotel, it is located in the centre of many attractions, the rooms were substantial, we especially enjoyed the hamam bathroom. The only thing we would like to comment on is the cleanliness of the rooms which could be better Kept . Other than that the rooftop breakfast was a very pleasant suprise and we would also like to extend our gratitude to the staff as they were very helpful, especially the elder gentlemen who provided breakfast every morning. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very good luxury . Staff all are amazing, polite and respectful. they help with every little thing. Rooms are good size. The only down side is the cleaning is not as amazing as it should be for such an good hotel. It’s one of the best hotels in the area as it’s very close to the attract, blue mosque and Grand Bazaar are only 10-12 mins walking. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends
