I chose this hotel because it's near the train station, making it easy to get to the attractions. My flight was delayed, so I was quite tired. After checking in, the receptionist asked a bellboy to guide me to my room and help with my luggage, but the bellboy didn't bother to help or assist me. While the receptionist was saying something, I got so angry that I went up to my room myself! Was it because I didn't look classy enough that I didn't tip? I've stayed at many hotels where I always tip the bellboy and the room cleaner! I will never choose this hotel again! The bellboy's attitude was terrible! The receptionist wasn't welcoming either!

Does not worth it is price
The service is too bad when i ask for something from you room it takes ages to get to you
I asked them for water and teeth care kit them brought them separately and late
I stayed for 2 nights and I wanted to extend my stay because I don't want to change it because it was my last day in turkey first of all the machine card didn't work i came back and waited for 20 minutes to send to me a link to pay and also they couldn't have it done
So i comeback at night with cash to pay
In the end the staff not rude but they don't know how to serve properly

Good Day,
I recently stayed at your hotel for the second time in nine months.
Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles and a friendly Merhaba from Farnaz and Yunus. I was then surprised with a room upgrade for my nine day stay. The room was simply beautiful and very spacious with a great view. Room 1701.
The hospitality I received from them was amazing. Yunus is one of the nicest and kindest people I have met. He was always shining bright with a big smile and was very gracious in assisting me with directions and transportation. He also handle my luggage and gave me a tour of my room upon arrival
There was not a day that Farnaz did not ask me how I was and how my stay is going. My answer was always a resounding “perfect”. I would also like to say thank you to Vadet who also shined each and every day and took time to always greet me with a smile!
The compliments continue with thanks to the breakfast room staff and Baran working the pizza shop and restaurant. They were always kind and attentive! The breakfast options were delicious.
I cannot thank them enough for making my vacation a most memorable one. There is no doubt that when I return to Istanbul, I will be staying no where else but with you.

Loved staying here! The perfect location and near anything you need. Vedat was so kind, hospitable, and helped with everything I needed. Mestaza also was warm and a great guest attendant. This was an amazing experience that put me at ease being a solo traveler. Would for sure stay again!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Not only is the place clean and has nice food, but the costumer service is amazing. Vedat specifically went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. From the second we got out the taxi he instantly came to get our bags, helped with translating since we do not speak Turkish, and made sure we enjoyed our time at the hotel. He even offered to get us a taxi to the airport (fixed price) when we were leaving since he knew we had previous issues with taxis. This hotel and its workers truly gave us a wonderful experience. This has been about our 3rd time booking here and we will definitely come back in the future.

Stayed for 2 days and had a great experience. The reception kindly upgraded my room and also allowed a late check-out. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the subway. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious with good variety of options. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for three nights because it was booked by my hair transplant clinic next door. The location is great.
The real problem was the air conditioning. It was stuck at 24°C, which was too warm. I reported it, and reception said they could adjust it remotely to 18°C (it showed 18°C on the display, but the actual air temperature stayed the same — still warm). The last night, the AC broke completely across the floor. Staff told me it would be fixed in 20 minutes, but nothing happened, and they didn’t offer me another room. So I had to open the window, but between the heat and the street noise I couldn’t sleep at all.
This was especially bad because I had just undergone a hair transplant, and the extreme heat caused noticeable swelling in my head, worsening my recovery.
To make things worse, for three out of the four days I was there, one of the two elevators was out of service, causing delays and crowding.
Overall, the staff were neutral — not rude, but not particularly helpful either. I understand some of this may be due to cultural differences or a language barrier, so I don’t want to be unfair. Still, I’m glad I didn’t extend my stay as I initially planned. I checked out and moved to another hotel. If you’re considering staying here, just know that while the price and location may be good, you should be prepared for maintenance issues and limited support.
