We stayed 2 nights in the coral block family room. The location, the beach is beautiful, so is the facility. The service personnel are running around with young children, but they have shortcomings, of course, due to inexperience. 1. There is no one to carry the luggage. We came to the reception with the suitcases and the child in our hands, we said let's leave the room and then we will handle the procedures. No one has escaped, I have already paid for one night, there is a child on my lap, sweat is flowing from everywhere, they still call me ID. 2. Except for breakfast, everything is extra, as soon as you get paid, it's like they're constantly chasing money. 3. Rooms are Dirty. If you're so expensive, you're going to get dirty anyway because of the sand from the sea, wipe it every day. 4. There is a smell of drains in the toilets. 5. We did not have dinner, but the food and the menu in my opinion are generally inadequate. 6. The staff is concerned but insufficient. Children are forgetting as they are very young. Let them raise an experienced person on their own. 7. The beach is beautiful, the sand is beautiful. Ideal for children. 8. The beds are comfortable.
As a result, performance is very poor for the nightly rate they charge.
