The windows in the room weren't properly sealed, so cold air came in.
We then asked for two blankets, which arrived within 10 minutes. The breakfast looked appealing, but we didn't eat anything as we didn't have time.
The price is good, the room is nice, and most importantly — the people at the reception are amazing.
They are always kind and ready to help you.
I especially want to thank Sefa. He helped me check in early in the morning.
Also, I had an unpleasant situation with a taxi — I was overcharged.
When I asked the hotel what to do, Sefa tried to help me, even though it was not his responsibility.
He was very supportive and caring.
I will definitely come back here when I visit Istanbul again.
