Worst place you could possibly stay at in Istanbul.

Friendly staff and great breakfast. The location in Fatih is excellent — very close to tram stations, making it easy to reach major attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and Galata Tower.

The breakfast is very poor, they don't give it to you if you leave early. The air conditioner can only be turned on and off by calling the reception, which is inconvenient. They only gave us 3 towels for two. It's very noisy from the street if the windows are open. Special thanks to the reception staff, they are very responsive and always helped)

I like a hotel location it’s everything around it shopping and transportation and it’s easy area I thought it’s middle of Istanbul

Staff at the hotel are helpful and professional, there is a lift on the premises. The room I received could only be heated by me calling on reception, I'm not sure if it was just my room with a faulty system or if it was the whole hotel.They tried to work around it- it was okay but obviously not ideal to not have that freedom. The room was small, clean but not great. The lighting is stark and cold.The shower was large, but I noticed it had a leak I forgot to report this as it was quite significant. The bedding didn't have a mattress protector but they made up for it with an extra sheet. I think the staff are trying their best under difficult circumstances (which is comendable) They have a decent buffet breakfast and the cleaning staff and restaurant staff are welcoming and pleasant, which is noticed and appreciated. It's okay for 1 or 2 nights.

Really bad it was hot day no A/C sweating all day, everyday all night long.And I complained from desk too many times they don't even care the neighbor around the area, it's very, very, very loud.I couldn't sleep 2 days

Gayet nezih,temiz ve sakin bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı yeterli doyurucuydu. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Yeniden gelirsek durağımız yine burası olur. Teşekkürler 🙏

The stay was overall good . The location of the hotel is good as it is near a tram station and all the trams went to all the tourist attractions. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was good.
