hotel itself was good and the location was excellent. However, the staff were a bit rude, and the hot water did not work for one day. These issues made the stay less comfortable, but overall the place has potential if they improve the service.”

Although the hotel is basic. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Good location. Near grand bazaar and walking distance to Blue Mosque .

this hotel is an absolut nightmare. sold to us by reputable Spanish travel company El Corte Ingles as a 4star hotel,it does not deserve a single one. rooms excedeelingly small. you can hear peopletalking in rooms next to you. constant movement of people nightly. desparately inneed of refurbishment and repairs

The location was perfect, very close to everything. The room was tiny and there was no hot water until the following morning.

I was completely unsatisfied and quickly changed my hotel after one day. The photos were different from reality, and the location on the map didn’t match the real one. The website says it’s a 4-star hotel on edream App but I didn’t see the stars when I arrived. In my opinion, first and foremost, the description needs to be honest. I'm sorry, but it was a terrible experience.

The rooms are very small. The sink was leaking from the bottom. The shower door only opened a crack. The light in the bathroom was also broken and the remote control for the air conditioning didn't work.

Absolutely awful hotel and falsely advertised on *******. Couldn’t get my refund after only staying one night as the hotel is nowhere near as the standard advertised. AVOID BOOKING!
