Excellent clean spacious rooms, excellent reception service from start to departure, comes with TV , comfortable sofa , spacious shower cupboards, kitchen area lift access, location is in very safe area especially at night with 1 min walk to local convenience shop, family friendly hotel with barely any noise day or night. Will definitely come again to stay in Turkiye….. 9/10 Hotel service

we stayed for one night and had a great experience, the room and the service was nice, the location near taksim, the only downside is they only provide soap at the bathroom, but it was all great

One of the best QPR hotels at this location. Rooms are all renovated and in spotless shape. Receptionist was also very kind to us. Will stay again for sure.

My recent stay at the BC Pangaltı Hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and helpfulness made me feel right at home. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests. This level of exceptional service truly enhanced my experience.
The hotel's location was another major plus.

I had a good stay here. The staff, especially Ata and the other guy at night, were very helpful and friendly and understanding. I liked them a lot. The rooms are fine and have plenty of space. Location is okay, you can easily walk (uphill) to the main metro station and many things. Bed was comfortable. My only big problem was that even in winter, it's too hot inside the rooms and the a/c doesn't turn on, so I was a bit too hot for a great sleep. There were some very noisy party guests one night nearby, which the night staff should have corrected but didn't, but the day staff moved me to another room the next day. If they can address a bit better such problems and get the temperature control to work, I think this can be a great hotel for this price!
