Everything was perfect, clean, strong wi fi, very good location, paied parking, secured enough, good for family and friends, i recomend it to everyone

my girlfriends bank card got lost in to a bank cash machine or maybe stolen, this sweet man helped us with everything to get it back and walked with us to the centre from one side to the other side, tried everything to get it back and try try get a solution, this man deserves everything (Ercan) he is so hospistable. The room was also clean and good, normally they clean after 3 days, but we only stayed for 3 nights so he cleaned our room everyday Kind regards, Celine and winay from Holland :)

Very good location near most of the attractions.. it is all within walking distance. It is hilly to walk from it but istanbul is a city of many hills.
The manager Ercan was the best part. Very friendly and helpful with picking up from the airport and taking back. As well ready on hand to answer any questions.
Our room was sea view and was really beautiful to wake up to.
Thanks Ercan. Will be sure to come back again.

Excellent. Clean, with central location, nice staff. When we arrived, Manager gave us a map and tips for our trip. Fantastic experience there. Felt super safe. Our room was street side, but was adequately quiet (just normal street noise and the calls to prayer). Newly renovated. Highly recommend. Thank you to Carina apart hotels for making our trip to Istanbul wonderful.
