A lovely reception from all the staff here. The hotel is in the best location for the highlights in Istanbul but is excellent value for money.
Very clean, warm and as said, the staff helped us with all questions we had. The breakfast room looks directly over the water , an unexpected pleasure. Breakfast is fine but I would like to see some muesli and yogurt added in the selection , highly recommended

Best hotel in city centre of Bursa. Supermarket just across the road, lots of kofte at the back street.

It's a small boutique hotel. The room that I stayed at level 3 wasn't pleasant. Tables had hair and dust. Toiler had cockroaches coming out. The sink was also not flowing well. Water was kinda chocking. I survived for 2 nights, and I couldn't take it anymore and complained to the reception. I was given another room on level 2, which was way way much better for my last night. I am grateful for the receptionist in helping with the change. However the people next door were very noisy and can hear from my room. Breakfast dining had a beautiful seaview. Can see sunrise. Breakfast was not bad. But almost same kind of food daily.

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina
