We really felt welcomed in this hotel. Recently spent some days in this comfortable room (good cleaning every day, no smells). This cozy hotel apparently has a new management, very careful about any details and the hosts needs. The manager on the reception was always polite and attentive, offered us coffee and tea. Always gave good recommendations about the area and restaurants. Definitely recommend it!

We visited Istanbul last Christmas. We booked our hotel last minute and the price was great!!!
Our room was small, but cosy and clean.
The location was excellent because in less than 5 we were at Istiklal.
We were pleased and recommend it!!! 🙂

Mr Huseyin was kind and helpful. Rooms were ok but there are definitely a room for improvement. Street next to hotel is always crowded and noisy. Sound isolation was not helping to reduce the noise.

Amazing place, honestly me and my sisters we spend the best 2 weeks in there. Area is near to everywhere it’s in centre and easy transport and mostly the staff are the best. All of the staff mainly Susan I mean she is one of a kind. She helped me making sure we are ok and comfortable and we are not missing anything. I can’t wait to come back to Istanbul again and I would definitely stay in this hotel. If I could give 10000 stars I would I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is really convinient as everything is quite nearby. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is also very helpful. Suzan at front desk was at our help for everything, she is so friendly.

This hotel is amazing the staff are so friendly and helpful, near to everything i really enjoyed my stay there today i came back to istanbul and unfortunately they were fully booked i wish i could stay with them again ♥️✌️

We made a reservation to stay for three nights and the receptionist confirmed our reservation only to call 1 hour before our check-in time to tell us they were fully booked and the guest who had been staying in our room decided to extend his stay. Unfortunately this led us to make urgent pricy booking.

Fairly inexpensive and comfortable hotel. Good value "price - quality" for neprityazatelen guests. Located on one of the small streets, a minute walk from Istiklal

You're gonna enjoy your stay here, the location is great, close to Taksim square, a 5-minute walk, plus you have access to taxi and bus nearby. It's a quite place, I haven't finished my stay but so far, everything is satisfactory. There are some points that may concern some of you. Until now, the elevator is out of work, and staircase is too narrow. There are no tea makers in the rooms so if you are a tea fan, bring your own! You can take a shower whenever you want, it's got warm water all the way! Anyway, the staff are friendly and helpful, and room service is included .

The rooms are practically furnished , very clean and tidy.
The management and staff are very friendly and helpful.
if you don't want to be distributed by the street noise then you can ask the management for a room in the fourth floor.
there is a paid 24\7 parking just at the back of the Hotel. although you will probably not need a car due to the perfekt Location of this Hotel.
Highly recommend.

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.
It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre of the city.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.

Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.

One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.

I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.

Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
