Excellent stay at Albatros Premier Hotel
I had a great experience at Albatros Premier Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location is perfect — very close to the main attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and everything was well organized.
Special thanks to the reception team for their warm hospitality and quick assistance whenever needed. I truly felt welcome here.

I had one of the worst stays ever at Albatros Premier Hotel in Istanbul. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned before I checked in. The bed sheets were old and stained, the towels looked used, and the bathroom was disgusting — the shower barely worked and the floor was sticky.
The customer service was even worse. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping. When I politely asked to change my room, they ignored me and acted like it was my fault.
Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Nothing looked like the photos online. It was noisy, dirty, and the service was terrible. I would never stay here again and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone!

It was awesome! The staff were amazing, our room was very tidy and clean. The hotel’s location is very near SultanAhmed mosque so it’s right in the centre.
Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Ramazan, Yunus and Bakhtiyar.
This hotel is my No.1 choice for every trip, will be staying there for my next ones!

While I was there, there was a group from Uzbekistan who made a lot of noise until late at night. In the morning, their children were running around the hotel screaming. The night clerk also sat there laughing until late at night about (I think) tik tok videos. Since the interior of Albatros is made entirely of marble, it echoes throughout the hotel.
Despite my "do not disturb" sign on the door, there was a loud knock on my door between 8:30 and 9:15 on Sunday for cleaning, while I had been awake for hours during the night because of the noise.
When I turned on my air conditioning, which is right above the bed, it turned out in the morning that the mess had blown onto my bed, and onto me!. I called someone and they promised clean bedding. However, when I got to my room at around 22:30 in the evening, the bed had not been changed. I waited half an hour in the lobby before my bed was finally changed. In my bedroom, however, it turned out that the inexperienced young man had used a single bottom sheet for my double bed. Since I was the only one in it, I left it like that, but no more Albatros for me.
Incidentally, another comment: when you sit on the toilet, the toilet handle keeps falling on your back. Not pleasant.

Upon arrival, I was told to wait in an hour but got the card to get room earlier than expected.
Got to the room but the door was open and the cleaner stuff was still inside the room and they haven't cleaned the room when I got the room. So I had to wait at least 20 minute.The room was too small and the washroom was very small. Everything was shady and dirty even the refrigerator was all fungus and mold. It'd so disgusting. The AC wasn't working at all. I wouldn't recommended this place at all!

Great value. The location of the hotel is great. Right next to the most sought-after sites in Istanbul. We got a room upgrade upon arrival and were happy with the size of the room. The hotel staff let us keep the luggage at reception when we checked out, so we can go and have lunch before we catch a taxi to the airport. Overall, no complaints. If you're looking for good accommodation right in the middle of the city for a great price, I would recommend this one.

The room is not big but it is quite clean, and it is very close to the attractions. You can visit all the important attractions in Istanbul in one or two days. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
