Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Enderun Hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent — conveniently situated in the historic area and within walking distance to many famous attractions. It made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and has a charming atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance felt warm and welcoming. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed.
However, there was one disappointing moment during our stay. We were asked to change rooms, and the new room given to us was noticeably smaller and located much farther away. It felt less convenient and slightly uncomfortable compared to our original room. This was the only part of our stay that did not meet our expectations.
That said, the positive aspects — especially the location and cleanliness — still made our stay enjoyable. With a little more consistency in room arrangements, the experience would have been perfect.
I would still consider staying here again because of its great location and overall comfort, but I hope future stays will be smoother.

Conveniently located in a historic building on a narrow street in the Old City. Within walking distance of Sultanahmet. Service is decent. There's a coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast is standard for Turkish hotels.

Excellent location for walking to almost all the places of interest. The T1 metro line is right behind it.
Cleanliness was adequate. The service and staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good and varied, served in a nice garden.
The room was small; my open suitcase barely fit. If that's not a problem for you, then this is the hotel for you.
To walk to the Sofia Mosque, don't follow the maps; they'll take you through some unpleasant streets. It's better to go out onto the main street where the tram runs; you can't get lost. It's right on "Food Street."

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a small group and really enjoyed our time here! The rooms were nice and comfortable, with a charming interior. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent – many attractions are within walking distance.

We did have a major issue with parking during the first two days – it would be great if parking spots could be provided for guests. However, on the last day, we were given this opportunity, and we’re very grateful for that – it saved us from having to carry our suitcases a long way.

Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Enderun!
The price, quality of the rooms and food, location, and friendliness of the staff – a well-balanced combination.

Located in the heart of the old town, the station is a 5-minute walk away.
Tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque are a 15-minute walk away.
Despite being in the city center, the room wasn't noisy, which was nice.
The water service only provided one 500ml bottle for two people, which felt a bit insufficient.
The blankets on the bed were only as thin as a sheet, so we asked for extra ones.

Great service with very helpful staff. Also good breakfast available in a very central location next to all the major attractions of Istanbul.

Plumbing and bathrooms, a little bit on the older side and may not be to everyone’s taste but charming and otherwise great value for money.

I had a wonderful time during my stay at Enderun Hotel in Istanbul during July - August 2025. From the moment we arrived the team out stood with kindness, professionalism and their genuinely helpful attitude.

The hotel itself was immaculate - 100% clean and beautifully maintained thanks to the cleaning team especially Dila who went above and beyond every single day. We would come back to a room that’s absolutely tidy, spotless and restocked with all complimentary items.

The room was spacious, comfortable, well-designed, has two air conditioners, and great for two people. It would be IDEAL for a small family (parents and a child).

Breakfast was pretty good as well, plenty of traditional Turkish breakfast options to choose from.

The location was absolutely perfect, 5 minutes from Grand Bazaar, 25 minutes walk from Sultanahmet and 5 minutes from Beyazit tram station. It’s situated in a calm but lively neighborhood, giving you the best of both peace and convenience.

Overall, our experience was great, every -literally every- member of the team was so helpful and kind. They are amazingly responsive on booking.com and they answer all of your questions really quickly.

Would totally recommend this hotel and definitely come back. We loved everything about our stay – thank you to the entire Enderun Hotel team for making our trip so memorable!

Great location in the center of Istanbul. Very well connected and close to the main attractions. The staff were very kind and always ready to help with any request we had. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and having breakfast in the garden pavilion was a great plus!

We have just checked out of this charming 25 room hotel in Istanbul. Close to major attractions, nice restaurants and Grand Bazaar in walking distance. On our arrival day, we came to the hotel hoping to leave our luggage until 3pm check in.

We were greeted by the front desk manager Osman Özişik. He provided extraordinary customer service throughout our stay. He was able to allow us an early checkin and offered us Turkish Coffee and invited us to have breakfast at the tail end of their breakfast service. He then worked with us to book two great tours and a ride to the airport.

All staff were great and we were also generously assisted by Baian.

It is not often that I have experienced such wonderful service in a hotel. Osman would be an ideal trainer for all staff in going over and above to make an amazing two day stay in Istanbul.

Our room had a lot of light and balcony and an elevator was perfect. Room furnishings were quite charming.
