Magnificent Hotel in Istanbul

The room was quite clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a cancelled flight and since they couldn't refund us for the night we missed, they gave us a room on the top floor with a view of the city. They also booked a taxi for us to the airport at a much lower price and offered us coffee and tea before leaving. I was very satisfied.

The location of this hotel was very good. Good people. Only when you leave your room and you take the key, electricity won’t function, therefore not even the refrigerator. But if you leave the electric keychain in your room, it will function, but you have to turn off the AC.

A nice small hotel. Close to attractions. There's a good supermarket and inexpensive cafes nearby.

Comfortable stay, but room was a bit small
The hotel was a good place to stay overall. My room was a little small, but everything else—cleanliness, service, and amenities—was perfectly fine. A decent option for a short stay.

This is a great hotel with all the amenities you need if you're just planning to sleep and spend the rest of the day exploring. There are several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner. There are also supermarkets and souvenir shops. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar are all within walking distance. Public transportation is available both on the left and right of the hotel. You'll need an Istanbul Card to use this card. You can get these from a ticket machine, for example, at the tram stop.

Value for money, except there is no lift and have to climb up to 4th floor.

Very good hotel. Exceeded expectations. I have stayed in Istanbul in this area many times and the hotels have always been terrible. So our expectations were not very good, especially since the price was low. Imagine our surprise to see a great room. It was big enough for three people. Everything was clean, bed linen, towels. Very clean bathroom, no mold, it felt like it had been renovated recently. The refrigerator and kettle were very useful. We went up to the terrace and had breakfast there. Of course, the location is great! We ate several times at the Dimbil Restaurant, it was delicious and inexpensive (from the hotel, 30-50 meters to the right, the restaurant will be the first on the left). Once a week (Wednesday or Thursday) there is a street mini-bazaar next to the hotel, where you can buy Turkish sweets much cheaper than in the Egyptian and Grand Bazaars (about 100 meters to the left of the hotel).

Disadvantages. Terrible pillows. They are just lumps in a pillowcase. The door to the balcony did not close tightly, on the first night the sounds were very disturbing until 2 am - screams, noise, barking dogs. But from the second night we slept well, because we were very tired. These downsides didn't spoil the impression, so I give it the highest score.

The hotel location is fantastic. Restaurants, bars, all kinds of shops right nearby.
We had a great time.

HIGHLY RECCOMMED!! This place was lovely and budget friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and daily room service was available. Rooms were perfect size with plenty cupboard space and a lovely Juilet balcony. There was also a lovely rooftop terrace with the most beautiful view. And the best thing on our trip was the staff. Such lovely and helpful people available 24/7. Housekeeping, reception team were all splendid and made us feel so welcome. A massive thank you to all of them! The area is absolutely perfect! Right on your doorstep are shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, mini markets, mosques. Sultan Ahmet/Blue mosque, hagia sophia, Topkapi palace were a 5-7 minute walk away. The walk had plenty of shops along the way. The shops near Sultan Ahmet mosque are expensive however the shops around the hotel are far more cheaper. Overall the hotel was excellent and I will be returning here when I visit Istanbul again! Ps: please note there isn't a lift in this hotel, wasn't an issue for us but just to make you aware :) Staff took our suitcases up and down for us.
