The hotel is in a wonderful location. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff is eager to help and resolve any issue—those are the hotel's strengths.
We were put in a cold room with leaky windows and a tiny bed, half the size of the one we booked. The shower drain didn't work, and the toilet didn't flush. On New Year's Eve, we had to fix it instead of celebrating. Ultimately, the staff couldn't cope and gave us two five-liter bottles, like in a barn. Two days later, we were moved to the room we'd booked (it matched the description in the app and was exactly as pictured, although they told us they were upgrading us). Overall, it wasn't bad, except for the fact that it had been flooded (the bottoms of the doors and furniture were swollen), and the bed linens were full of holes and fit for nothing more than rags. My pregnant wife and I were disappointed with this approach and hospitality.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. Room was very very tiny. Just enough room for queen bed. Door only locked from inside, could not lock once we left the room. We could hear everyone coming, going and speaking outside door. Location was great, only a few minutes away from tourist attractions.

The rooms are small, very small, especially when you are traveling with large suitcases. Difficult to find space in the room to open them. Although we booked a three bedroom room for our stay, I was very surprised to see the size of the room. Pictures were misleading. However, after talking to the front desk, we were able to receive a slightly bigger room the next day.
Front desk manager Arkan was phenomenal. He provided excellent insight into the area, how to get around, recommended tours, and helped with any request. He made our stay very pleasant!
Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the main attractions and to the tramway.

Evrething was good.The hotel is close to historical places.The staff was amazing specially Jacob very helpful .Also another staff was kind and helpful.I totally recommended and for sure i will book again

The hotel overall made a good impression. Very polite and friendly staff, clean and tidy, excellent water pressure and good plumbing, in our room it was possible to turn the heating on and off both in the room and in the bathroom, friends were not so lucky, they could not turn off the heating, it was hot even with open window at night (in February 🙃) Good rich breakfast in the cafe in the next building, good coffee and diligent service.
The downside is that the rooms are very small, the sound insulation is poor, there are interior doors to the next room, you can hear everything. The windows fit poorly, and the audibility from the street is also excellent. We visited in February, when people don’t stay in cafes for a long time, I can imagine a different picture in the summer. I would go back there again, but not in the summer 😊

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
