Basic but clean low-budget place

The hotel is located right next to Istiklal Street. We were checked into a room on the 4th floor, and naturally, there's no elevator, so it was a struggle to get our luggage up. The room turned out to be in the attic, but contrary to what many reviews say, we didn't hear any noise from the pub. The room has everything necessary for a short stay, but it somehow felt a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is decent, and the staff are friendly. The interior is pleasing to the eye, and the buffet breakfast was also a great surprise. Hot water, heating split AC – everything is available. The photos in the app are accurate. The location is convenient. We only spent New Year's Eve here before a flight. There's a nightclub in the basement, and even with earplugs, it was very hard for me to fall asleep. Also, the smell of tobacco smoke wafted into the room from this club because the balcony opened into a utility shaft. As soon as the club closed, it became cozy, and the room immediately smelled clean. For a short stay, I recommend it.

The staff are hospitable and customer-oriented. They offer a good, varied breakfast, and the bed linen is clean. The rooms are simple, with heating provided by a split-system air conditioner. The hotel is within walking distance of Taksim. There's a nightclub in the building (or perhaps nearby), so if you need perfect silence, this might not be the place for you. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Location and breakfast was good. Walked few minutes to reach Taksim Square. Many foodshops nearby. Guys on the desk were really helpful. Helped me find a better airport shuttle at no extra cost.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was good. However, the breakfast was below average, and the hotel amenities did not meet my expectations. While the customer service stood out positively, the facilities and breakfast quality could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

This is a very nice hotel near taksim square, and a very good Kurdish guy at reception very cooperative. They have good luggage storage as well.

The hotel is an old building, with the ground floor operating as a bar in the evenings. The lobby's decor is quite unique. However, carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit strenuous. Our room was clean, and being a windowless room, it was quiet. Housekeeping isn't provided for multi-night stays, but fresh towels are available. While water isn't supplied in the rooms, there's a dispenser in the lobby for refills.

The location is extremely convenient, right in the city center. It's a quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself is peaceful and includes breakfast. It's also very close to the Galata Tower, bus stops, and the metro. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
