The food on the first night was tasty.
This is to inform everyone that this hotel does not deserve being a four stars hotel by any measure. I am here strongly complaining about the rude staff at the reception desk.
Two incidents:
1- We asked for replenishment of shower towels as we used them and the guy at the reception refused and stated clearly “We put towels at the bathrooms once a day and that’s it”
2- The previous day I had an injury in my knee and needed some ice. The same guy had mentioned that it is not possible as they closed the kitchen!! After a while he asked me in a very rude way to stay at the reception to collect some ice from one guy who went to bring them from the bar !!
He refused even to send them to the room and I had to pick wait and pick them.
On top of the above incidents, I have to inform you that in this hotel there is no irony, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc..
As a conclusion, I don’t recommend this hotel to any one coming to Fatih area as there are plenty of other hotels having good rating and even cheaper!
