The view from the restaurant is excellent.
1. Every day we have to go down to reception to reactivate the card for the room when asked why do the cards get blocked they responded that if it’s close to the phone the phone blocks the card, although card was no where near the phone.
2. Every day there is something not cleaned in the room where you have to tell reception at night, or it could be where they forgot to add tissue in toilet or put some towels. Instead of coming back to relax you have to wait for them to finish the room after you’ve told them.
3. Breakfast is really boring where there isn’t much of variety we stayed there for 6 days don’t remember once veg was fresh.
4. For us the weather was hot we tried to turn on the AC but wasn’t working when we spoke to reception they said after mid September they turn the AC of and only allow heating in the room.
Because the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was dirty, it smelled bad, we couldn't sleep at night, there were lice in the room, my son was awake until the morning, he couldn't sleep.
And this thing that you see inside Google is not like that at all and I am very sorry that they lie to people like this.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
My relatives wanted to book a room with us for one night, but the hotel charged them $100 for one bedroom for one night. They found it expensive, so they chose to stay in my room and paid $50 to stay in my room. However, the hotel did not provide an extra bed, blanket, or pillow, so it was unclear why they had to pay the extra $50.
The shampoo and shower gel were bad quality.
I did not like that the hotel did not provide water or tea in the room. I had to buy water from outside every day.
