I enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast was free but very basic, parking was available for free (space is limited) and it was close to istanbul. Staff was also super friendly. The price was super cheap as I only paid about 40 euros per night
The reason im only giving 4 stars however is because 1) over the course of 2 days I asked on at least 4 occasions for extra towels and was never provided any. I was only given 4 large towels for 2 people for 2 days which is not enough as I shower often due to sweating and I dont like reusing the same towel as its unhygienic. I had to use a hair dryer to dry myself the last day.
2) it was VERY hot in the room. The place said AC available but when I asked they said it was already switched off and into heat mode in the entire building and there was nothing they could do. I had to turn it off completely since the fan was blowing hot air even on the lowest setting. Im really surprised they are already turning on the heat in double digit weather. In canada it would be unheard of to turn on heat until it drops below 10C as its way to hot. An ideal indoor temperature should be 17-19C not 22 as the thermostat was showing

Very clean and excellent staff. Good food. Location is slightly isolated as one needs to climb long stairs to get to shopping and food services.

The road leading to and from the hotel is uphill but it leads to a lovely central location and the metro line. We booked a king suite and were upgraded even from that for free once they wanted to perform some repairs on our floor. The room that we got upgraded to was even lovelier. All is well.
One thing of note for the hotel as construtive crtique would be the lack of internet compatible TVs. We would love to cast our favorite shows on the TV.

I stayed here for 2 weeks.
Good: front desk staff are very nice, always smiling, and trying their best to make guests happy. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff were very happy to assist.
Bad: no air conditioning. The website says all rooms have air conditioning but the day I arrived I was told there is no a/c and if I wanted, I could open a window. I opened the window to multiple mosquitos entering the room. There are no screens on the windows. This is misleading and unacceptable. #2 Location is not good. It's at the bottom of a hill. You can walk up the steep hill on a busy road with partial sidewalks or walk up a huge flight of outdoor stairs to get to the Metro Station. Neither is enjoyable. The area is safe but it's a 10 minute walk from Metro to the hotel. If you have problems walking long distances up steep hills and/or stairs, avoid this hotel.
Conclusion: the price was very good, hotel was clean, staff were nice, good breakfast but you will have no AC and I think you can find similar hotels in better locations. Not a good option for elderly that have trouble walking uphill or multiple stairs.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — especially Ms. Begüm, Ms. Fadime, and Mr. Mohammad, as well as all the other team members whose names I unfortunately don’t know.
Everyone was always friendly, respectful, and ready to help with anything.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home.

The room was okay overall, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made it difficult for me to sleep during my stay. I requested a fan, but was informed that no fan was available.
Although I set the room temperature to 16°, the thermostat controls were limited, and it seems the hotel manages the modes centrally. To make matters worse, the heater mode was on despite my setting, and the room became quite suffocating. I eventually had to switch off the system and open all the windows just to get a bit of sleep.

The hotel has a good location and the suite was comfortable, but the room’s furniture was old. The sofa bed was damaged and broken when we arrived, which was fixed in the morning. Additionally, a crack appeared on the stove, and I had to pay for a new stove without any technical report being provided. I recommend being cautious when booking, as the hotel may request extra charges without independent verification

The staff were amazing, but the room wasn’t as expected. The carpet wasn’t clean, the drawers weren’t functioning properly, the sofa wasn’t clean, there wasn’t any kitchen wear. I asked for a blanket but I got sheet!

We had a pleasant stay at Mari Suites Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but we missed natural light since the window faced a narrow space between buildings. Also, the room service could be improved – sometimes it lacked promptness or attention to detail.
A big plus of our experience was Dinara – she speaks English well, was always smiling, friendly, and helped us whenever we had questions or needed something. Communicating with her made everything easier and more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a good stay and we appreciated the hospitality of the team.

It's okay to spend the night, but nothing more. The bed linen is old, although it's been washed, but with stains that can't be washed off, the bathroom smelled of sewage, the door to the balcony didn't close. The repair is good, but already tired. The proximity to the metro is deceptive - you have to go uphill. But overall the room is clean, I slept well, coffee, water, tea in the room. Can be recommended for a short-term stay.
