The room was relatively ok and modern. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. I just wish the breakfast spread can be more and have many choice. Other than that, all are good. Do take note, no laundry service in the hotel, it can only be arranged outside by the hotel. However, it can be quite expensive. Laundry cost at €5 per piece. You can do the maths. Haha

Had a great stay overall Thanks to abdiwasac, super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked out very happily. Ideally located in the Taksim Square area, the hotel is set on a quiet side street just off the main shopping and dining avenue, offering convenience without the crowds. The room was beautifully designed, featuring a spacious and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was generous and satisfying, and the spa was a welcome addition that completed the experience.

Today is the 17th of December and it’s been 2 months and 3 weeks since the fire at the hotel and I finally got my refund. The hotel promised a refund within a week. But it’s better late than never.
The hotel itself was good, I liked room design, the bathroom was good too with a lot of space in the shower. The breakfast had a lot of choices I liked. The staff was helpful and did their best when you needed something. The room was well cleaned everyday. The location of the hotel is right in the city center, so I was lucky to get the room facing a quiet backyard. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would stay there again.

I truly enjoyed my stay, not only because of the hotel itself, but especially because of the reception team. They were extremely helpful with every question and request.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
