Great hotel

The rooms are nice and clean. The spa área is quite enjoyable. However the personal is not according to the category of the hotel. We walked from our rooms with towels and bikini to the spa areas, left our white towels on the sunbeds, after 10 minutes sauna they were removed, we spoke several time to the spa guy, he provide us towels for the spa that we had to leave there, after insisting he called reception but the white towels were delivered to our room instead to the spa, as he didn’t listen what we needed, not once, not twice, not the third time, so no more tries, we went on our bikinis to our rooms, got the elevator, and there was a family and it was quite uncomfortable for them and us. Then we were sleeping and we got a call from the reception at 22:30, asking for our passport number, when we already provide them at arrival. We had organize breakfast to take away for 5 am, but of course was not ready on time and either after 8-10 min wait at the reception so we had to leave without it, in order to not miss our bus to airport. Nice facilities, lovely views but many ways to improve.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews and stayed here through the Touristanbul program. A special thanks goes to reception manager Ilyas. He explained very clearly how to get to the city center, what to see, and which tours are available. Very polite and helpful.
The overall experience was ok, but there are several things to be aware of.
The rooms are a bit old, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. In the bathroom, there was visible mold and stains on the furniture and surfaces, which was disappointing.
Breakfast, however, was good, a wide variety of options, the possibility to order an omelette, and a nice selection of Turkish cheeses, appetizers, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
The hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul. To reach the historical center (for example, the Blue Mosque or Topkapi), you need to walk about 5-7 minutes to the metro and then ride for around 30 minutes.
The one thing I strongly disliked was the intransparancy in airport transfer pricing. The price depended on which manager you spoke to. the woman at reception upon arrival offered a higher price, while another manager on a later shift offered a lower price. I find this unacceptable for a large hotel chain of this level and I would put 2 stars for that but overall the staff were polite and courteous.

The rooms were nice, neat, and clean.
We arrived at dinnertime, but didn't have dinner until later in the evening. We waited quite a few minutes for the young woman in the restaurant, but sometime during the trip, she became fully attentive, and was very nice.
The location is nice for business, but a little far from the Old Town, so be ready to pay for taxi fares. There are 2 malls within a block, and several small shops nearby. The view out of the window to the marina was also quite nice.
The breakfast buffet was substantial, with an omelet station and quite a few attendants at one's service.
We enjoyed our quiet stay, and would recommend it for a low-key stay.

It’s our first time visiting Turkey, and our experience has been absolutely amazing! We love the location of this hotel — it’s close to everything, including the mall, and we enjoyed our evening walks to lunch and dinner nearby.
The staff here are exceptional, especially Hatice, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She not only helped us get the best room after my surgery but also recommended a great hair and nail salon and even called them to arrange a discount for me. Everyone has been so kind and helpful throughout our stay.
This hotel is in such a convenient area and made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and see Hatice again.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. They welcomed us with a smile as we arrived and were very accommodating to our needs. I forgot the name of the person at the reception but that’s person as well as Devran promptly checked us in to our rooms. Devran took our bags upstairs and they gave us such a wonderful room with the view. We had a full day excursion and they kept our luggage on their storage area for 24 hours with no issues.
The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety so very happy with the selection of food items.
The location of the hotel is ideal. It was very close to the shopping malls, the metro heading to central Istanbul and a lot of restaurants. Area in itself is very safe and nice neighbourhood you can walk around even at night time with no issues.
Lastly it was wonderful to have a pool, sauna/spa in the hotel all included with your stay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Istanbul area.

The room is decent and spacious, with a comfortable double bed. It includes basic amenities such as slippers, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, soap, and a buffet breakfast. Rooms on higher floors provide a nice view of the surroundings.
There are some drawbacks. The bedside table was slightly dusty, and the shower drainage seem blocked and slow to drain water, which made it impossible to enjoy a long, hot shower. Within just 2 minutes, the shower area flooded and overflowed into the toilet. As I arrived late at night, I was too tired to inform the reception, but the property could benefit from better maintenance.
Nevertheless, it’s a good option for a quick overnight stay. It would have been even better if the shower drainage issue had been addressed.
