This is a wonderful hotel, offering excellent value for money. The location is a perfect 10/10, which is its main advantage. But beyond that, the hotel staff are very customer-oriented and always ready to help quickly. Housekeeping was daily, and the room was always clean. They also replenished complimentary water, coffee/tea, etc., every day. The breakfast at the hotel was good too, with a decent selection and tasty food. Plus, we had a pretty nice view from our window!

Room ok, but the blanket too small. There is no basic necessities such as toothbrushe, one time use shower head or ear bud etc.

Absolutely disgusting. The room is incredibly small. We even had TWO OF OUR SHOES stolen. Including the fact that they didn’t want to help and left us hanging so they can smoke? Also not only that, but we are a group, one of our friends noticed how their stuff weren’t in their original place anymore. I definitely do not recommend.

I arrived early in the morning around 8 AM, much earlier than the regular check-in time at 2 PM. Despite this, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They offered me breakfast free of charge and prepared my room much earlier than expected without any extra fees.
The receptionist SİDAR was especially hospitable and friendly. His warm attitude truly made the experience even better.
The hotel offers great value for its price — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure meeting them. The location is fantastic, conveniently near a metro and bus station at the end of Istiklal Avenue. The rooms were pleasant overall.

I’ve never seen such dirty rooms! The curtains are grey, and this is not there natural color. Nobody cleans windows, bathroom, floor. Everything besides bed scary to touch. I planed one more reservation in this hotel, but I’ll cancel.

We lived on the 9th floor, spacious room, gorgeous view from the window, friendly staff, breakfast included, 2 minutes to the Galata Tower

Everything was alright just we stayed there for two nights they didn’t clean our room at all and there were some bugs as well. The last day check out was at 12 but they were knocking our door at 11 and asked us to leave which I didn’t like
