Old hotel, not expensive. No elevator. Poorly lit stairs. Bathroom shower not clean, black mold around the shower wall.
Breakfast supposed to be available at extra cost, claims to be a restaurant but not even a coffee available on the day we left.

I recommend this hotel, which is very good for its price, 5 minutes walking distance to Sultanahmet.

Good and big in old area not recommend for old and week people ... far from transport... need power to walk to reach the street From the bottom of the slope to the top... superket near very nice man .. need to emprove the cleaning on the roof

The facilities are very limited and the staff response is very slow. However, when they support, they are very nice and kind. More attention shall be given to the cleanliness of the rooms and mainly the toilets.

The people that work there are not trustworthy. They are a bunch of scammers. They target Americans and Brits. The rooms are tiny and the sink is outside the bathroom. The location is in a weird and scary place. In the lobby they have a bunch of men hanging out and as a woman, I got a real creepy feeling from them.

Hotel is at a perfect location for tourists because it is in the Old Town and it's close to many attractions. My girlfriend and I were there only for the weekend and during this time they treated us amazingly and everything was perfect. The breakfast is very delicious and there are many options to choose from. Service was amazing, every day after we left to visit the city they brought in fresh water and towels and cleaned the room. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We will definitely come again! 10/10

I chose this hotel based on numerous positive reviews, and it truly lives up to the hype. The service in Sultan Ahmet is exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Nazar, is outstanding. He is incredibly honest and provides the best recommendations for places to visit and deals. I would rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10❤️🫶🏻

Beatiful quiet hotel, at downtown. Close to Topkapi, Hagia Sofia etc. Very good price nice location, clean roons and beautiful rooftop.

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
