We booked 5 nights, and arrived late night, but for our surprise the rooms where very small, our grandma took a shower and the towel had pop human pop on it, smelled very bad and sadly she did not noticed until we felt akward with the smell and checked the towels. The hotel did not seem to butter about it. Aldo in the morning we want for breakfast and took 3 different glass cup and all of them were dirty.
Air conditioning with out maintaining, we got up seek, a lot of noice in the night, people drunk outside the hotel singing very loud.
The third bed in our room was very uncomfortable.
I don’t recommend the hotel. Terrible experience.

The location of this place is amazing close to the blue mosque, hagia Sophia and the grand Bazaar the rooms are nice and specially the receptionist Bilal he helped us alot whenever we needed anything he helped us and made us feel like home in this place. The breakfast has good food an Fi love it's cheese selection

It was terrible starting from the room with the view to the wall of the yard and finishing disgusting coffee and breakfast. Never again!

We booked this hotel due to the location as it is within walking distances of the Grand bazaar. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom facilities all worked in good condition and the staff made sure we were comfortable with everything. They were super friendly too! The breakfast was simple yet tasty and enough to fill you up to start your day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and is definitely recommended to book this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Bizim. The location was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay by giving us a room each on our first night and helped us to arrange a balloon ride in Cappadocia. A staff member recommended a beautiful roof top restaurant next door but it was definitely on the pricey side. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a huge selection of foods.

It is a very well located hotel with nice friendly staff. The rooms are basic but they have enough, and they are comfortable.
There is a appalling smell to sewage in the bathroom that transfers to the whole bed area the moment you open the door.
The breakfast was basic touching on poor.

The staff is incredibly friendly—definitely a big plus! However, the hotel itself is somewhat run-down. The sink was broken, the water didn’t drain properly, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. For the price, we expected better. The walls are also extremely thin—you could even hear the neighbors hanging their clothes in the closet. As for breakfast, it was quite disappointing; we’ve had much better experiences while traveling in Turkey.
