Chilling cold rooms without even one functioning heater in room! The receptionist sits on a heater on his whole shift and denies rooms low temperature!
I was there in February and I couldn’t event stand one more night. Just because they don’t turn on the heaters as energy prices are apparently high in Turkey! 🥶
This place is not a hotel at all.
The staff are uncivilized, extremely rude, and unprofessional, constantly lying about everything — from promises to fix the internet and AC "soon," to showing complete disregard for guests’ needs. The rooms are filthy and lack even basic facilities. Internet and air conditioning were included in the price we paid, yet neither was provided, and any inquiries were met with dismissive and dishonest responses. Breakfast is consistently understocked, offering the bare minimum. This is not a hotel — it feels more like a wartime barracks.

there is no kettles and cups in the rooms.
The first staff is terrible. We reserved the room 2 weeks before for certain days and they said you don't have any reserving here. They took our money and don't accepted us.Their behavior was very bad !

*No mini bar even a bottleof water!
*No cofe shop
*And cold situation with lots of Spider's web around the room that open with key not card!!!
