The hotel was terrible. Be aware that the hotel is next to a bar with a sign that says "100% Music". That is not a lie. The bar that blasts music and has people hanging out in front talking and drinking, all night. The people were less than 20 feet from our window. There is zero way to sleep. The manager didn't take us seriously and would just laugh and say "It's a party". He couldn't promise that it was that didn't happen every night. He said "people have parties". We had to check out and find a new hotel at 11:30 at night. They would not refund our money for the nights we didn't stay.

Great hotel, good service
Great location, close to everything we needed. Staff were always available and very helpful. We had to ask a couple of times for a kettle and a hairdryer, but eventually we got them and everything else was provided.

Fine. Ok room. Flickering light. Bathroom door malfunctioning. Handle on the minibar broken. No cleaning for 4 nights.

Good ac, friendly staff. Good location. Cheap. Pretty clean room overall.

Pros: Ideal location - a few steps from the main shopping street Istiklal, but at the same time in a quiet alley, you can't hear street noise in the room and sleep well.
Cons: The main thing is that the Wi-Fi practically doesn't work, neither in the room nor at the reception. Old plumbing - the shower head constantly flew out of the hose. Very old furniture, the hotel as a whole is tired. We stayed for 3 nights, there was no cleaning even once.
There is a coffee machine and a mini bar in the room - everything for extra money, including coffee capsules.
Overall, it's okay for one or two nights.

The location is superb and that's what we were looking for. The photos of the front door of the hotel is incredibly deceiving as well as the inside lobby. The room with 2 beds was very small, dusty, phone was broken (and never got fixed), TV was not working, the electric outlet next to my bed broken and never got fixed. No cleaning service. We had to ask for it. Towels were so old, thin with holes. The two gentlemen were kind yet a bit odd at times but their possibilities were extremely limited. We wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!!!
