Avoid this dump seriously! All the negative reviews are all true, the man working behind the front desk must be the owner (explains how he hasn't been fired) absolute rat of a human. The room was disgustingly filthy. Blood stains on the bed sheets!?? The Air conditioning does not work it is freezing. The bathroom had previously used bottles of shampoo. The view is of a demolished building and definitely not wheelchair friendly staircase or area. Avoid the headache all the reviews are true and his babyish responses to them show his intellect, don't put money in this guy's pockets. Even the locals in the shops nearby will say the same.

Stay away from this hotel. I made two reservations, one for me and one for my friend. The day I was supposed to check in they emailed me saying that my card is invalid and I have 6 hours to update it. So I did on both reservations, but they cancelled my reservation within two hours anyway. When I tried make new reservation, they told me there is no room similar to the one I had before, so I was forced to reserve a smaller room for double the cost. They charged partial of the cost for the new room on the card and the rest I had to pay in cash one I arrived.
The day that my friend was supposed to check in, same thing happened, but this time they said they have no rooms at all, so I had to scramble to find a room for my friend that is close to where I am staying. Luckily I did and it is better than mine and 1/2 the price.
The room was very small. Holes in the towels and the bed sheets. I was sinking in the bed too.
So I think when they are booked and receive inquiries abut rooms, they change the price and if the new person accepts the price, they cancel a room and give it to that person so they can get more money. I tried to make new reservations immediately after the cancellation but they said non are available, that means the room was already rented before the cancellation It is a game they play. Stay away from this hotel by any means.

Worst staff in the world:
There was just one person in the hotel to do almost everything, except cleaning (thank God)!!!
The personal was so rude and won't answer or replay to any of your requests, he claims he can understand and speak English, where he understands nothing and barely knows like 5 words to communicate!!!
Bad location and everything in that hotel was broken, even the toilet!!!

Un profesionals and scammers. We used the service for the airport and even they made us pay in Euros they also tried to make us pay 7€ for the tunnel when we were in the car and we saw that the tunnel was less than 3€. Don’t spend the money with him. So sad he’s trying to scam people that stays in his country and in his city

A DUMP. This place is absolutely dirty, ACs don’t work, staff (2 people!) are unprofessional and EXTREMELY rude I cannot even begin to explain how rude! The receptionist will manipulate you into giving a 10/10 review on booking, when I did otherwise he canceled my reservation. Not worth the money, don’t go!

This hotel has spatious rooms, full WiFi connectivity in all rooms and serves nice breakfast.
However, the street to the tram station is very arduos for baggage and, since the hotel is near a mosque, the songs from the minaret can be noisy at dawn and sunset.

BEWARE! Poor and dangerous hotel.
Very high risk of THEFT by hotel staff.
The boss of the hotel is a frightened foreigner from a poor country (probably a Hindu) who has no control over the workers.
Hotel staff are looking for opportunities to steal.
Turkish receptionists lie on the couch at the entrance. They stink.
The receptionists look like children of prostitutes and drunks.
They robbed me.
I applied for the Police. Policemen played on the old computer and did not want to intervene. Policemen called the hotel manager.
I recovered the stolen money on the police with great difficulty.
If you want to take a shower - you have to stand on the toilet (do not exaggerate). The rooms are clusters where everything is disgusting. wifi didn't work for a few days - all my stay.
You will have a bad stay in Istanbul...
