This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The room was extremely old, broken, and unsafe, with exposed electrical wires. I was actually electrocuted in the room, which is dangerous and unacceptable. This place is a serious safety hazard.
There was absolutely no cleaning service.
The hotel management and reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly only interested in money. Even though my booking was paid online in advance, they kept questioning the payment.
They even tried to charge extra money just for a friend visiting me for one hour, which is unreasonable and disgraceful.
The hotel was very noisy, uncomfortable, and not suitable for families or a proper stay.
I strongly warn others to stay away from this hotel. I will never return under any circumstances.

We recently stayed in this hotel and it is a great place to stay ! We stayed with a big family (9ppl)on short notice and they gave us four rooms happily . The rooms were at a great price and they even put a discount for us .😊The staff were monitoring 24/7 so it was very safe. The rooms were great , equipped with good air-conditioning and a clean space overall. The hotel workers were very friendly and welcoming , especially Mansoor . The Hotel was also in an amazing place near taxim 's main street istiklal .(2 minutes walk)
And near to a famous tower , Galata tower .(which was also a 7 minutes walk). Overall my family was very satisfied with this place and we recommend it to anyone who's in Istanbul . We appreciate this hotel . 😊👍
Also this is a wheelchair accessible hotel with ramps and elevators .

Absolutely loved my stay at Yonca Hotel Beyoğlu! The location is perfect—just steps away from Istiklal Street and close to everything you need in Istanbul. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city

I had a really good experience staying at Yonca Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the place is calm and relaxing.
The staff were very friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The location is also convenient and easy to access.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality

Very dirty the AC wasn't working which is very bad for this time of the year ,also there was too much noise all night long I could not sleep at all ,and finally poor service a staff member followed me to tge elevator and asked about my room number and when I told him he still didn't believe me until I showed him the key which was extremely unacceptable and rude I ended up leaving the hotel shortly after and not even though I had payed for that night

I was there for some day,s, and I was very impressed ny the price and the stuff working there.The rooms are big the bathroom,very big,the location is realy amazing and nearly everything you need is just beside you.The security at the hotel is perfect and I was enjoying my stay .I am sure, by my next visit in Istanbul, I will stay at this Hotel again!🤩

This hotel was recommended to us by a relative and a previous guest here, who had mentioned it being affordable and nothing more. I decided to visit Istanbul and stay here. My immediate first impression was very poor hygiene and smelly.

After going out for a walk around Taksim Square, and returning and grabbing a couple hours of, I woke up to an overpowering pungent dirty smell on the pillow and mattress, accompanied by no less than five bed bugs, of various sizes.

I am currently starting to see bite marks on my neck back and forehead. I am guessing due to those bed bugs.

I highly recommend NOT taking the chance and staying here.

a very nice place.. center for everything very near to restaurant cafe the most popular walking street in Istanbul even 5 minutes walk to train... the room is very clean and enough for one person.. the money I paid was very reasonable... the staff is caring but the only problem is language.. the night shift reception speaks English.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.

Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.

One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.

I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.

Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
