The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

In the bathroom, the water does not drain properly in the shower area and it becomes flooded while showering, which is uncomfortable and unsafe.
The breakfast was very basic and often cold, with the same items repeated every day. Anyone staying for several days will likely feel there is no variety. The hotel could easily improve this by adding some different options on different days without extra cost.
The room I received was not the same as what was advertised on Trip.com. They advertised a big window, but the room only had a very small window that was mostly blocked by a wall, so there was hardly any natural light. There is also no taxi-calling service.
Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations created by its online advertisements, and several facilities need serious improvement. For the price they charge, it is definitely not value for money.
