Great hotel in a great area, the rooms were clean and the staff were nice. Provided us with a great breakfast every morning and made us feel welcome every time we walked in.

We were very pleased with everything. The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything. The location of the hotel is great, it is very close to restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation.

Avoid!!! My bags with all the things I’ve shopped during the day GOT STOLEN from the room! The staff said I can’t prove it and they can’t do anything about my claim! 🤯😳I’m shocked!
Sheets had watermelon seeds on them.
Breakfast was poor, cold and the place they served it (6th floor) was disgusting and dirty (not as per the pictures)
Don’t ruin your Istanbul experience with this place!

MUST AVOID!!! Absolutely atrocious rooms. Very dirty sheets. There were literal sunflower seeds in the bathroom. We could hear everyone in the rooms next and on top of us. There were no bathroom towels and absolutely no access to sunlight and clean air in our room. The window was looking straight to the staircase, and when it was open, there was a foul smell of greasy cooking. The temperature was very high, and the air conditioning was not working. And to top it off on our last day, the bathroom handle broke and fell, and we couldn't access the bathroom. Definitely not 4 stars. 2 at best...

AVOID IT.I do not recommend this hotel. On the internet it says that it is a 4 star hotel when it is actually a 3 star. We did not have any towels in the bathroom. The room was dirty, we did not have any natural sunlight and we could not breathe very well because of the smell that was coming from the outside. The air conditioner was not working and we did not have any remote for it also the remote control of the tv was not working.The biggest problem was the noises that were coming from everywhere we could not sleep properly.

The hotel is a three star to me. The staff are friendly. The rooms are just fine but the mattresses are quite comfortable. The cleaning service is fine too. The breakfast is very normal. One negative thing is the noise around 9:30 to 12 pm in the hall way and the i could hear the chatting of the people in the next room.

Would not recommend , the service was very bad to us , we stayed for one night and they refused to give us a receipt the morning we were living. plus the hotel look more expensive , there's better alternative just around the corner.

Lovely hotel located in the heart of Istanbul. It's not far from the many tourist attraction sites in the city and its located in a beautiful environment. Warm and friendly attendants and clean rooms.
