Stayed for 4 days. No staff to clean the room even on requesting they paid no attention to it. No lockers in the room but on requesting they assisted. Breakfast was mentioned as buffet however it was just one plate send to room and wasn’t up to the mark. The rooms were too old and only had transparent white curtains on window without a window to close thus no privacy. Towels and bathrobes were not present but on requesting they provided. It was a horrible experience considering I came on a honeymoon with my wife and was extremely disappointed and embarrassed.

Pros: Property is located few mins walking distance from Istiklal Street and from Taksim Square. Room was decent size and clean.
Cons: We paid for a room with kitchen but ended up in a room without a kitchen. On inquiring more details regarding the room with kitchen, we were told it has few cookware but we have to get our own plates, glasses, utensils and that is if the room was available. We paid for the breakfast option but was told that it wasn’t the case on their end, so we ended up calling ******* multiple times for assistance in getting that worked out. Long story short we did end up getting breakfast but it was room service rather than the breakfast buffet as shown in the pictures. Room service is pretty much the same few items every morning severed around 10am, we had to request earlier breakfast due to planned activity but the earliest was 9:30am. You make your own tea and you are expected to get your own water for it. Hotel seem to have power outage issues quite often, so plan accordingly. Toilet had back flow issues and we had to ask them to fix it. Anyhow, we booked this hotel because of the kitchen and breakfast and both were let down. We are pretty frequent travelers to Istanbul, but this time we were extremely disappointed. Staff is not very helpful as compare to the other hotels we have stayed in.
Look for other options, there are plenty close by and confirm with the hotel on the kitchen, breakfast and other amenities when booking.

Unfortunately a nightmare. We couldn't stay there and had to look for other accommodation immediately. Which, thank God, worked immediately. I couldn't cancel it either, so it was a waste of money. The area is very dirty and the taxi cannot take you to the hotel. So you have to lug the luggage up a mountain.

I had booked my stay for 3 nights.the Hotel is very close to Istiklal Street however the hotels lane is a no entry zone.Be prepared to drag your luggage.my package was a breakfast including package, however on 1st day no breakfast was given.The reason given there was kitchen and refrigerator problem.No other alternative was given.Further the staff just said that u have complain then pls put it on booking website.2nd day they ran out of creamers and on the 3 Rd day they ran out of bottled water.on asking at the reception for water they just said they forgot to order and they only give water on check in day
