I don‘t understand the positive reviews here. We stayed here for 6 nights, 4 persons, 2 rooms. They were called De Luxe rooms, but were quite small and not really nice. We had stains on the towels and the linens and the bathroom was so small, I could barely sit on the toilet. The two guys who worked at the reception were friendly, but of not much help. When we asked for a rental car company or a taxi, they told us to look online ourselves. There is no pool and no breakfast, which we knew ahead. So why do people in their reviews compliment a non existing pool or breakfast? Seems kind of strange to me. I just learned not to trust all reviews anymore, unfortunately.

A truly value-for-money hotel. It offers ample amenities for short stays. As someone who travels extensively, I've had many negative experiences with hotels. I've encountered hotels with no hot water, no air conditioning, or a broken TV. I didn't experience any of that at this hotel. Everything was in working order. So, I was satisfied. I'd like to thank the management.

The double room was clean and had a clean bathroom as well. The ventilation was good, but since the building is wooden, you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms — especially footsteps from the floor above.

Great service from the young man who checks u in. He was very helpful with anything we needed.
The location was great, there's a convenient store only a few metres away that's open till 4am.
It's a 6/7 min walk to the main high road, where u will meet the bus station, restaurants, and market.

A good room in a small, clean hotel on a quiet street, but be prepared for the fact that there is absolutely no soundproofing, you can hear everything, both what is happening on the street and what is happening in the hotel) There is a bus station nearby, which is very convenient, and there are many different shops.

We took the budget room downstairs; it's darker than the others, but the facilities are fine and it's clean. I thought €54 for one night was a bit expensive.

The host Serkan bey is very helpful, polite and courteous. The stay was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is quiet and absolutely top! You can quickly get to very good snack bars or restaurants, to the lively shopping mile and to the buses, metro and boats! I would love to come back!

decent, but disapointing.
Great location on a quiet street in Kadikoy, nice people and service, but my room was NOT a good value at all. The sheets on the mattress were old and had brown stains on them in suspicious places. In Turkey, which has great cotton available for cheap, how can this be? i could feel the springs in the mattress. it needs to be replaced. i also found a few long black hairs in the bathroom and in a towel. lastly, the room was super hot, which make the air conditiononer necessary in late October. otherwise, i loved my stay here. quiet, except for loud footsteps from the room upstairs (infrequent) nice service, nice location.
