Fantastic place for our family of 4?adults. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious apartment with a full kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. If I return to Nisantasi, we would stay here again.

Location was very good, there is market at neighborhood. You can reach Taksim center in 2 minutes by walking, and by walking there a lot of facilities for breakfast or fast food. A great guy named Azad works at the reception, he is very pleasant, kindly, good-humored and helpful person. Air conditioner was working very well. Probably every room had a balcony and our room had a balcony too, it was so small but it's okay for 2 person. The most important thing is that, the hosts provides you with everything you want and they are all friendly. On the day we arrived, we were contacted via WhatsApp and the location was sent by the reception. The room was not cleaned even once in 5 days. Maybe we had to tell to the Host for housekeeping, but it's not true. They have to do it everyday. We were keeping the room clean, I was giving the garbage to the host myself, the water smelled very bad, but it probably has nothing to do with the hotel, there is a problem in Taksim with water. The room is too small but its value for money. The most important thing is that, the hosts provides you with everything you want and they are all friendly.

This is my fourth experience, the location is excellent, the staff is cooperative, this hotel is distinguished by high security, the level of cleanliness is high , The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, I would like to thank Mr. Khalil, he was cooperative with us and deals with guests professionally

Small rooms
Bad smell from the AC. Never cleaned the filter at all
The worst things is the insects everywhere and neither management nor the security did anything to remove ants
No daily cleaning the room to save money from housekeeper mcists
Internet is very bad and daily 4 times you have to call the security to come to the 5 floor to reset the router. When i asked the security to find a way by changing the router. He replied management does not want to pay money
Very low quality in the amenities cheap and worse
Bad refrigerator some times become my fruit frozen
I can recommend just for location but not for any service at all
Staying in this residence is wasting money with no life enjoyment at all

Very bad customer service, especially when you check in.
A lot of the daily essentials are included, and they said no its not and they made me pay for it even though i showed them what the agreement was between the Millitah and the hotel.
Even breakfast you cant enjoy because they are on top of you as you eat! Please leave people eat comfortablely!

Perfect location for a family get away in Istanbul, centrally located to many attractions like the famous taxim square. The staff are also very courteous and supportive especially Mohammed and Khalil. We will definitely return there.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
