Livane Sun Otel in Alanya

Absolutely terrible service. The only thing included in the payment was breakfast, and they didn't even provide that. When I asked why there was no breakfast, they gave a ridiculous explanation that nobody came down for breakfast today. There wasn't even toilet paper or napkins in the room.

Its very bad hotel , beds , pillow, covers very very dirty, bad smell , i reserved it at 2 am for 6 hours only for sleeping, but couldn’t sleep, because of bas smell inside room. I recommend every one sleep on street , not sleep in this hotel

Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
We had to book this hotel very last minute. The day itself actually because every other hotel was fully booked.

Fake promises were made. There is no private area on the beach like it’s shown on the website.
We came to Alanya by bus. So the employee said he would pick us up and also bring us back to the station. They did indeed pick us up, but when it was time to return, they told us they don’t drop people off. Even though he promised us he would.

The hotelroom was not really clean. There was a half empty waterbottle in the minifridge (which didn’t even work btw) and lots of dust on the floor. The fridge was very dirty.

We also saw a cockroach in the bathroom. So we asked the reception to help.
He told us: “Just close the bathroom door and you’ll be fine”.
I understand roaches are common in these types of climates, but that’s not a way to act. At least PRETEND you’re trying to fix the situation.

The food was the only good thing. You get breakfast and dinner included. This was the only good point.
Also the girl working there was very nice and helpful. She was the only genuine person working there.

At dinner there was an argument between 2 staff members about plates or something. They were arguing in front of the guests. Not professional at all.

Lastly (for extra information), we weren’t planning on using the swimming pool (so no big deal). But if you want to, it would be difficult because it’s full of kids. It’s a family hotel.
Location is good.

We were not satisfied at all, in terms of hygiene, in short, it is a terrible place in every respect. He never deserves the money given. The rooms that were so run down looked like they had never been cleaned. Even when we asked for new sheets, they gave us a dirty used sheet with hairs on it. The food lacked flavor and the purslane salad was rocky.

I don't know where to start, it's a place that ruined my holiday. We booked 3 rooms. We asked for a baby bed to our rooms. When the plate of appetizers they call open buffet is not enough, they keep a water and bring it again hygiene The smell of the sink is disgusting at the place where 0 meals are eaten, there is not even air conditioning at the hotel entrance, go lie in the car, do not come here, they are deceiving people they say unlimited drinks They put 1 device, hot water, coffee powder, etc. Terrible place, don't be fooled

High price compared to performance. I stayed with my wife. Breakfast was normal, but dinner was inadequate. There is no main course , only salad variety , there is a minibar . The air conditioner was cooling well , the pool was small , mostly children used , there was some noise in the hotel as it is a family hotel , Aqua was for children not adults
