I would like to thank Gökhan and Laura first of all, they create comfort with their presence, when you get to this hotel you plunge into the care of these workers, they will do everything possible for you and even more, everywhere we pay for the service, but there is no such attitude towards customers nowhere. I also want to note that the hotel is located in an ideal location, everything is within walking distance, wonderful staff also work in the pool. my daughter and I really liked the hotel and left wonderful impressions and memories of the resort place as a whole. Thank you, we will definitely come back.
Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in anywhere, ever!!
Outside was a mess and the frontage a pile of rusted metal and planks and rubbish! Lobby a little better but the room!!!! Cold, dirty no where to sit down and a metal shelf unit over a dirty fridge to store baggage and clothes and everything. It was so cold by the evening we asked for extra blankets, told it would be warmer at night (it wasn’t) and eventually someone delivered to the room two very old cheap quilts no covers and both stained and marked all over! I spilt a drink and grabbed a T shirt to mop it up off the floor, the white T shirt turned black! Total nightmare left early!!

My room was on the 4th floor, it has an amazing sea view, but it doesn't fit 2 people, it is small, couldn't place big bags, but overall it was clean and nice. Staff are super friendly and helped me in a last minute booking.
Wow!! Best hotel in Alanya with the best location! You can walk to all the best beaches and places to visit. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room with sea view and balcony was so beutiful and I loved the music from the beach/pool club outside. The pool-area attached to the hotel had over class service, beautiful beach and great food and drinks. Will for sure come back to just this place, recommend to all couples or young people thats want to have a fantastic vacation! Also the little kitten in the lobby was to die for!!
The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the city center, so in this regard it is convenient.
The sea view room I stayed in had a gorgeous view, and since we were two people, the size of the room was ok for us.
The room and bathroom were clean and renovated, the only problem with the bathroom was lack of fan, so every time we took a shower, the whole room would become damp. And I had to open the windows to get rid of the humidity, which made the room cold.
The room was cleaned only upon request. And we had to ask them every day to empty the garbage bins. If we didn't ask, they wouldn't do it.
The restaurant on the fifth floor has a fantastic view, and the breakfast is good. The lady serving breakfast is very kind and pleasant.
The personnel were helpful with our luggage and I thank them.

Since the weather was cold and rainy for several days of our stay, we had to stay in the room for long hours and you can imagine without internet how it would be! I asked them several times for a solution to this problem but it wasn't resolved during the seven days I stayed there in February 2022.

Small room.no bar.had to eat next door.no downstairs loo.cleaner asked me for money when we were leaving.Never again.
