Wien Star Hotel in Alanya

Great hotel, very polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, everything was super clean and pleasant to the eye. Beds were comfortable, housekeeping was very well done. Although right on the main street, you can't hear any noise when the balcony door is closed. Everything you may need is just a few steps away: taxi and bus station, pharmacies, exchange offices, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants... Absolutely loved this hotel and would come back again!

We had a really comfortable stay at Wien Star Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, WiFi in the room and the shower was powerful and wonderfully hot.
The staff were welcoming and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better.
The location is ideal, with the beach literally just across the road and everything you need close by. Overall, it was such an easy and enjoyable stay, I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel (from July 5th to July 12th) and the experience was truly amazing. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help — from check-in to check-out.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities. We must praise the housekeeper Ajse — the bedding and towels were changed regularly, and the hygiene was at a high level.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and diverse, and the kitchen staff was very hospitable. A big hello to the kitchen worker Serife.
The location is excellent, which made it even easier to stay and explore the surroundings.
I recommend this hotel to everyone. We would gladly come back again!
Special praise goes to the receptionists Sinan and Can — extremely kind, smiling, and always ready to help in any situation. Their kindness made a great impression on us right from the beginning!

What a perfect hotel for the price we paid, women manager was lovely and helped with better rooms for me and my friends, cleaners were FANTASTIC! nothing ever went missing / touched. Loved the fact that the shower had two attachments! They stocked us up on shampoo / body wash / ear pubs / tooth brush and paste, had fresh towels / bed sheets every day. Had water continuously in our fridge, and if we did run out there were boxes of water neer the lift u could get yourself. Me and my friends didn't really eat the breakfast when we were here as wanted to eat out somewhere new everyday but when we went in and had a look, everything looked fresh. Every receptionist said hello every time we walked past them, all very friendly / helped where they can. Rooms have air con also has a safe, very spacious rooms. The balcony was a bit small but I had ocean view so didn't mind at all. The location is perfect, everything u need is on the same street, beach is across the road. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy's ect all within seconds of walking, perfect location for this hotel. Thank you so much, we will be staying here again :)
