Looking at the other reviews, I saw how heartless some people can be. My mother and I stayed for 4 days, and at first, I hesitated after seeing a couple of negative reviews, but once we arrived, I realized those reports were completely false. We had a very good stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool is well kept, and we ended up spending more days by the pool than the beach. You can also play ping pong. Super location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, sports bar etc.. Super nice and helpfull staff working here. Good food in restaurant, and cold beer 🙂

Okay lokation, the pool is only open from 9 am ti 7 PM. That was not good.

We stayed here for 7 nights in May 2024 and it was gorgeous! The staff is very nice and helpfull. We were picked up from the Alanya airport in a luxureus taxi bus. The place is mediocre, they are not supplying adequate pillows and towels, so like many hotels in turkeye seems to be being cheap with it. The service was okay at the front desk. The maids were becoming an annoyance. They need respect the guests better and not try to force you to clean the room if you don't want it that morning. The location is good.

You can easily reach the location, the staff could have been more attentive. The comfort was good, there were some points to be considered in cleaning.

Ok standard. 200 lira/day. Stayed on week. No cleaning during stay. Staff (Mehmet) is a very friendly guy. Shower needs repairing. No warm water at all ever. Lamps have very uncomfortable light. The view from the two terraces is nice. Street is quite noisy. Very close to the beach. All in all a so-so experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Perle Apart Hotel. The hotel is very close to Alanya centrum and the big bazaar, and 15 minute walk to cleopatra beach. The rooms were clean and would get cleaned everyday. The workers at the reception were always available and kind. I recommend this hotel without any doubts.

i booked an apartment "as they said" for 4 pax . we were 3 but still the apartment was too small for 3 . it was perfect for 2 but not for more . at trip.com it is mentioned that thebroom is air conditioned but what you did not mention that it was 1 air condition for all the apartment which is not enough at all especially with thats silly system they have that turns off the ac if you open any window...

Some things where damaged or not easy to work with.

Value for money. The beach is excellent for the price. It's just 100 meters away. I've never used a car, but I only used it to go to the Dim River. It's very centrally located and close to shopping options for every budget.

The first of my expectations was an affordable place to sleep with the family. The second was that the air conditioners were active. Then walking distance to the beach. It's close to me. When there was enough equipment in the kitchen, we prepared our own breakfast. We ate dinner outside. Nothing left but to thank the staff.

Ok so if you want home away from, near to Alanya shops and restaurants this is the place staff are adorable. The rooms need repair and cleaning. I had to clean everything again after moving in (the floors, kitchen, dishes were all stained and dusty). There are problems with the taps everywhere, they look terrible, they should be replaced. Amazing staff, amazing vibes definitely coming back to this place. The rooms are not 5 star crazy luxury, but again the price is a lot cheaper so makes sense. But it’s relaxed, family owned and you create nice relationships with the staff that tend to your care 24/7. Lovely pool lounge, decent bar and the vibes are immaculate 10/10 experience

The hotel has large rooms, a living room with a TV, sofa bed, and a kitchenette. There's also a bedroom. The cleaning lady was very friendly and came every day. We found the staff (reception and bar) unfriendly. We barely got to say hello. The pool was stone and freezing cold. Two single beds kept sliding apart, which wasn't ideal if you're traveling as a couple! Alanya's center is a good 3 km away

We booked this hotel via Apollo. And the first impression was fine for the price. The hotel staff was the nicest and most understanding people’s on earth. The first room we got was the A/C broken. And with no discussion, we got another room instantly. The food here at the hotel was delecious and nothing to complain about! We had a nice holiday here at Lavinia.

The location, room and personnel were very good. We got two balconies and a guest room! But there was a problem with light in the bathroom.

I only stayed here one night but the room was fine and well matched to the price. It is a basic hotel but the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. The reception staff were friendly and you could enter the hotel any time as we were given an electronic key fob.

This is my second stay here. I'm very impressed with the staff. They are very friendly. The guy working nights has become a good friend. The rooms are clean in surface area, could be a bit better in vents and corners, but feels overall good. You have to buy toiletpaper, but not to expensive. Very good food from a clean kitchen. I will come back many times :)

Good numbers. Spacious, a lot of places large balcony. It is acceptable food, there are meat and brynza, but vegetarian, too, will be happy. Sea close, not more than 10 minutes on foot. Entrance to the sea good is, but very narrow immediately for traffic lights, it is necessary to be careful.

We loved it here. Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view. The pool is excellent. We only ate at the hotel on one occasion, but the food was very tasty. The service here is great too. Parking is available. There is a small store just across the street, although the prices are a bit high. Larger, cheaper stores are about a 10 minute's walk.

The place is very well located, close to the beach and the shopping area. As for the facilities, they look a bit old, the bathroom was not very nice and as for the bathroom, the shower was in the same space as the toilet and without a curtain. The pool area looked nice and clean.

Just had another 2 weeks at the Baronessa coming back in April. My room was lovely and clean and all the staff are pleasant and always ready to help. The Baronessa is close to everything you need for your holiday, shops restaraunts bars and one of the lovliest beaches with great view of the castle . Cheap hotel with great and clean room. It comes with kitchen with every essential tools you need. The a/c is a bit smelly for some reason but it didnt bother me. 2 mins walk to the beach and restaurants near by. If you rent a car, you have to pay for the parking fee every 8 hours 10-20TR
